Stay experience was really nice! Very spacious rooms and bathrooms for families! Very happy with the service as well. Supportive staff available always. We did not try the food because of vegetarian restrictions.

Getting here from Hiroshima Station is very convenient. A taxi ride is only about 1300 yen, so for three people with luggage, I'd definitely recommend taking one. The room facilities were decent, and the service was very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the 25th floor and offers a fantastic view. They also have daily activities, but I didn't get around to joining any.

Amazing hotel and I cannot wait to go back. The view is to die for. I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier. The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices. The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣

I had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The hygiene was excellent, and the hotel facilities were complete and well-equipped. It's a shame the staff weren't smiling! The toiletries provided in the bathroom didn't live up to the Hilton brand standard. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan, this one felt significantly lacking in the details compared to local Japanese brands.

Beautiful onsen hotel with Miyajima islands view. Shuttle bus service from and to train station is very convenient.Breakfast and dinner are very amazing and delicious. I forgot smart watch and chargers in the room,The hotel promptly sent to me when I contacted the hotel only smart watch no chargers but no problem. No room cleaning while staying 2 nights just towels hanging in front of the door. I wish the onsen pond was bigger than nowadays because of too much customers in the onsen pond. I will come back again to the hotel for sure.

This is a newly opened hotel, so the rooms and facilities are all brand new, and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The location is unbeatable. Take the elevator from the 7th-floor front desk down to the 2nd floor, turn left, and you'll find the JR and Shinkansen lines, making it easy to travel to cities around Hiroshima. Turn right, and you'll find the city tram, with a single line offering direct access to multiple city attractions. Plus, there are two shopping malls inside Hiroshima Station, so dining and shopping are no problem. The only minor drawback is that the central air conditioning in the room is too loud; I had to turn it off at night to sleep.

Satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although the room was compact, it was spotlessly clean. A tram stop right outside makes it incredibly easy to get to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Miyajima. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

OOsama BoussifThe hotel was located next to Hiroshima Station, which was very convenient. On the opposite street, there is a Lawson and a 7-Eleven, which was really nice. About the hotel itself, it was clean, well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. The room had all the amenities we needed. We absolutely loved two things in this hotel that we didn’t experience in other hotels, or at least not as nicely. First, the pyjamas were amazing! Normally in Japan, you get a bathrobe-style or lab coat-style pyjama, but this hotel provided a really comfortable two-piece set with a long short and T-shirt, which both my partner and I loved. The second thing we really liked was the bench with an integrated table, which was super convenient for having breakfast or meals in the room. There were two things we didn’t like about this hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not request room cleaning, which you would assume would make things easier for the cleaning staff. We made sure to put all our used towels in a plastic bag every day and also our garbage outside the door so we could get fresh towels. On one occasion, we didn’t receive a pyjama, which was fine, so I went downstairs to the reception to get it. On another occasion, a towel we left on the floor was not replaced, and I didn’t bother going to reception for it. The second issue was the laundry machine. While the hotel has an excellent system to check availability and timing for each machine on the 10th floor, the machine itself was not very effective. I had less than 1 kg of clothes and used the <1 kg option, which takes 80 minutes to wash and dry, but after 80 minutes, my clothes were still very wet. I then used the 30-minute drying option, but even after that, they were still damp. These were just underwear, socks, and two very thin sweaters, no jeans or thick items, yet the machine struggled to dry them in 110 minutes. In the end, I gave up and took the laundry with me to my next destination. One small other issue: on the second night, YouTube stopped working, and we were unable to watch TV at all in the room, and this was not fixed, even after turning the TV on and off.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For the price, it offers great value. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but the January 5th evening shift staff member was not friendly at all. On the night of January 5, this male staff member was quite unhelpful and rude. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and I had confirmed ahead of time that the hotel could receive it. When I asked about it, he said they hadn’t received any packages. I explained that the building’s address might be shared and that it could have been delivered to the neighboring property (this had happened before, and another staff member had kindly helped me retrieve it). However, he simply told me to contact the delivery company myself and walked away abruptly. Since I don’t speak Japanese, it was difficult for me to handle the issue alone. I chose a hotel with front desk service specifically for help in such situations. The next morning, I spoke to another staff member, who kindly said they would look into it. Later, they found the package, which indeed had been delivered to the neighboring building. That evening, I was finally able to collect it—but it had been opened. The staff apologized repeatedly, and I accepted their apology, but thinking back, it does raise some concern. The opened package contained over-the-counter medicine, and the box was clearly labeled as such. If there was any suspicion, I believe it would have been more appropriate to verify with the guest upon pickup or report it to the authorities, rather than open the package privately. Overall, the hotel’s hardware and location are excellent, and the staff are generally polite. I just hope that management can improve staff training and establish a better procedure for handling delivered packages to ensure a more professional experience in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right in the city center. I specifically chose this hotel to avoid staying near Hiroshima Station. It's very convenient to reach from Hiroshima Station by both tram and bus. If you're using a travel pass for Miyajima, it's also quite easy to get to Miyajimaguchi Station from here with a transfer, and the journey through Hiroshima offers some nice views. Although there's a ferry terminal nearby that goes to Miyajima, the 2000 JPY fare felt too expensive for a budget-conscious trip. Peace Memorial Park is directly opposite, so you can easily take an early morning stroll to immerse yourself in the history. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and the room itself was clean. While the soundproofing was only average, it didn't disturb my sleep as it wasn't particularly noisy at night. Self check-in was hassle-free, and not having breakfast wasn't an issue since there are several convenience stores nearby. Having a microwave in the room was also a big plus for me.

KKhabibov IlnurGreat room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

GGuest UserLove the wide spread breakfast buffet but the food was a bit cold though. Great location and conveniently located so that transportation around Hiroshima was so easy. Hotel receptionists were friendly and can converse in English. The hotel is situated with a couple of department stores nearby. The Hiroshima pass was very useful as we could redeem vouchers to buy things in the department stores nearby..

LLinussIt was a nice stay. We took a Junior Suite with the private onsen included. The room is not huge, but has everything needed and is cozy enough. There are many amenities (in the pure Japanese hotel tradition) as well as a ”Yukata bar” in which you can choose your fav yukata. The biggest perk of the room is obviously the private onsen, which is a truly hidden gem. Very relaxing with a nice seaview. Staff was very helpful with the clogged sink (came just a few minutes after we called). The dinner was an impressive buffet, with a wide choice of seafood both to cook (the oysters, abalone and other shells to be grilled were wow) and raw (ikura all you can eat). Besides that, there was a steak live cooking station, shabu shabu as well as sukiyaki. Definitely a recommended stay!

LlkjidmThis was my second stay at a Livemax hotel, and it was excellent once again! This time, I chose the branch located in Funairi-machi. The location is superb, conveniently close to both Funairi-machi Station (Line 6) and Komachi Station (Line 2). The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, parks, beautiful river views, and even drugstores. The service was good, and the facilities were comprehensive. I especially appreciated the large TV, which made for a very comfortable viewing experience. The only minor drawback was that the duvet had a somewhat strange texture and wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped. Aside from that, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. It's truly an unbeatable choice for anyone visiting Hiroshima!

YYingtaoxiaowanziThe hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.
