GGuest UserExcellent location, on the monastery grounds. Large convenient parking. The room has everything you need, clean. Breakfast is delicious, there is everything you need. Porridge, eggs, vegetables, fruits, pancakes. Excellent choice for a stop for 1-2 nights. We will definitely come back. The price and quality correspond. Everything is simple, but clean and cozy. The mattress on the bed is good! That's important to me.

HHei MingThe hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

FfehgneeExcellent value for money considering the location and size of the room. The breakfast was excellent and varied. A big plus was the sauna, which opened from early in the morning and extended into the dining room!
The reception is open 24 hours a day, but after a certain time, the automatic doors close and you have to call a number (which I wasn't told), so make sure you have a phone with calls enabled!

“-“ : hairdryers very old(not working properly), no shower caps, no toothpaste, no nothing with bath things (was only one small bottle of shampoo and one hand soak); no shoes (to go to the pool) or walk inside - not convinient. The pool rooms should be seperated i think- kids and adults, its anoying to come to relax and hear only children screaming, swiming and so on; realy not for relax place.
About rooms service - i stayed 2 nights, and nobody came to check, to clean, or to restore my water bottles, coffee, tea and so on.
If I come to hotel, and pay more than 100 eur for night - i would like to have things in bedroom, in bathroom, cause for example I travel all around the world, so I dont travel with a lot of stuffs with me, so all these casualy used things should be included in room service. And if its says - spa, pools, relax zone- i would like to get relax and quiet place.
So for me - this price for night should be max 30 eur in this hotel, cause now its very overpriced, just not worth it, in Vilnius are more cheaper hotels with better services which includes all these things.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location in the old town but I don’t think it deserves a four star rating. We booked a small double but it was in the loft with a dormer window and there was very little head room in that part of the room. I think these rooms should only be sold as single rooms. There was no fridge in the room which you would expect there to be in a four star hotel. The breakfast had good bread and nice cold dishes but the hot dishes were only lukewarm. In my opinion, this hotel is overpriced.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed! The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the city center. We even walked to the Christmas tree celebration, which was especially lovely during the festive season.
The breakfasts deserve special praise: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with clear attention to detail. In the evenings, we couldn’t resist visiting the hotel bar—the cocktails were expertly crafted and truly outstanding, each one like a little work of art.
An excellent choice for anyone who values comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere!

RryetravelsIt's my first time to stay at holiday inn and I would say that it was a memorable experience. The location is near from the old town. Many restaurants, pub and grocery stores. Only from 5-10 mins walk. Public transportations like trains/buses are nearby. Easy to locate and find. The room was clean and spacious. Modern and useful. Comfy beds with fresh towels/linens. Fast check in/out. Staff attentive and professional specially ”Lina” she allowed me to check in early and helped me about my questions regarding where to goad etc. The breakfast was amazing! Many varieties and rich. Hotel amenities like gym, spa and toiletries are the only cons that I could say. Gym small but useful. I wasn't able to use the sauna because of short time/stay. While toiletries has no slippers, extra toohbrush/paste and etc. my overall experience was great. I will definitely come back here again and highly recommended!
