Lovely Yangon staycation. The room was quiet and comfortable with good wifi, nice bed and a bathtub. The sauna and jacuzzi were my favourite things. They were clean and well maintained. The swimming pool has phenomenal views, however its freezing cold. Breakfast spread is varied and delicious. Highly recommend and only 12 USD. I wouldn't recommend dinner. It was mostly aimed at Chinese and Indian and had no European food. Service is friendly, fast and efficient. I'll be back for sure

The facilities are excellent. It's spotlessly clean and truly the epitome of a traditional Korean hotel. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The fitness center is excellent, and with an indoor pool, you can enjoy a swim at any time of day. The hotel is so spacious that you can even take a leisurely walk around inside.

It was awesome. All the staffs are very polite, sweet and making us happy. Always asking “ how may we help, Di you need anything? Or something? Immediately they all responded and meet our needs like water, iron, iron board, AC, whatever we asked for helps and questions, their front desk response was awesome. I would like to give credit to Mr. Tommy and his team working at the front desk, Myat Noe, Moe, Mo, Su Sint, Pan, Leon, Sa, Than, May, Pyle and Zun working at the breakfast…! They were so amazing. The best value for money in a downtown hotel in the heart of Yangon city. Safe, impeccable service, easy & early check-in given, clean, comfortable beds, hot water bath tubs, a good breakfast with variety and of course the staff; welcoming & hard-working. Highly recommended! Affordable prices, great service and it's one of the 3 earth-quake proof hotels in the whole of Yangon. Select The Royal Park Yangon ~ you will be delighted with this choice of stay in a hotel in Yangon. The only problem I faced was 1 of the 6 nights I booked online was not registered with the hotel on Trip .com. That was rather strange, since I had a confirmed & paid document in black & white.

Pros: The hotel has a European style, the staff is helpful, everything is new and clean, and the mattress, bedding, and towels are excellent. It's located in the city center. Cons: No water in the room, tiny rooms, windows don't open, and a meager à la carte breakfast in the cafe on the first floor. Because of the downsides, I'll choose a different hotel next time.

1. During the check in, all the charge options for breakfast was not considered. Most higher rate for breakfast was charged for first 4 breakfasts. After questioning a manager for what was advertised, she agreed to charge 17.50 USD. ( For the first 4 days was 10.00 UAD higher. 2. The bathroom bath tub is mounted dangerously to get in ant out of the tub for even shower. It is mounted too high. No handle is fixed to hold. Hotel placed a note to be careful. 3. The final bill lack details. Only the total. No way to check if the final amount is correct. I was in a hurry to get to the airport, did not open it it check.

Location of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall. Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries. Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property. Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids. Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements. Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property.

One of the best hotel I visited as a solo traveler with pool on 12th floor and bar with several variations

The hotel is an excellent hotel, some of the staff is not educated yet, special in the lobby bar - coffe bar - i ask for check Bill, after 20 min. I asked why it was more interesting to small talk in doing the Bill,  Guide your staff The words; If you have 3 excellent staff and get one bad. How many excellent do you have and how many bad? Correct answer is 4 bad Justice by yourself

Fantastic hotel! The staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgable. The room was perfect as well as the facilites (lounge, pool and gym). Breakfast is super good (don't book without it), includint all westerner and a wide range of Asian food all over the continent. The hotel building also has a shopping mall with a big supermarket inside. It is also facing the beautiful Kandawgy Lake. I'll stay here every time I visit Yangon! 😍🇲🇲
