I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The attention to detail and excellent service truly made my stay special. The hotel is quite new, suitable for self-driving tours, and is far from public transportation facilities. Room equipment is simple. The parking lot is a little far away and requires an extra fee. It is recommended that after 8 pm, you can park in nearby roadside parking spaces without paying extra.

Good hotel rooms. Nice bed to sleep, for 2 people it looked pretty. We had a spacious room. Nice bath with the bathroom. Breakfast was extensive and a nice dinner. To the Centre 15 min walk. Animal garden 15 min walk. Mondo verde 20 min bike. Beautiful bike/loop environment. We stayed 4 days

Had an excellent and spacious economy room in a beautiful building. Good shower facilities. The employees at the reception are courteous. Asked for a kettle and were immediately asked if we also wanted cups and tea bags. From here we were able to continue with the Dutch Mountain Trail, wonderfully rested.

The front desk directly upgraded the room without saying anything. When I entered the room, I discovered that it was a huge space with four single beds split into two, an oversized sofa and a bathroom. Everything was perfect.

Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!

Great hotel near the motorway. Service, rooms and restaurant top. Very well dedicated for e-car drivers.

High quality hotel and service. The existence of food and entertainment facilities at walking distance is an additional bonus.

We will surely come back in the future. Ideal for a few days Roermond. All is at walking distance, bars, restaurants and shops. Outlet is also at walking distance.
