Hotel is in a good location about 5/7 minutes from the airport. It’s a resort, on the 1st floor of Gardens Mall Salalah. We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc). We got in touch with trio who were extremely helpful, the entire team, promptly. Had this been a European company, god help us, honestly (we all know when it comes to the crunch, not majority live up to their sales pitch). We took it upon ourselves also and had a word with the manager regarding this issue, who was happy to upgrade us to a very good room. We did spend a night in the standard room but it was still a very decent room. As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access). Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over). Would we stay there again? Yes, we would but make sure you check which room you are booking. Hats off to trip.com for being there with us all the way. The beach is a taxi ride away, the picture here is from Al Haffah beach and the frankincense being sorted by workers from Bangladesh. Remember to buy your Lubaan from salalah for cheaper and better quality. Thank you to Amjad and the manager for the upgrade. Ma Salaama
Hilton Hotel is very close to the Salalah free zone, just across the street. It costs 10 Omani riyals from the airport, which is not too outrageous. I hope this can help more domestic friends.
A quite old hotel. Renovation is needed for furniture and decoration.
Choice for breakfast was unfortunately poor
Be ready to be charged for brewed coffee on breakfast
At the same time staff was friendly and always involved. One example is when painkiller was brought to me by Umed in the middle of the night. I do appreciate so much such attitude 🧡
We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona)
The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt)
The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea)
The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah.
The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place.
Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests.
There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests.
The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love.
The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.
- Special thanks to reservation team ( Naveed ) for doing his best to fix my reservation after my flight delay, and special thanks to the manager ( Suranga ) for his cooperation and understanding.
- Special thanks to Housekeeping ( Rjoo ) , he is very nice and friendly and helpful.
- Thanks to housekeeping Staff Taimoor & Ahmed.
- I liked the breakfast menu, moreover the breakfast chefs, and restaurant staff are friendly.
- Ps. This is my second stay at the hotel, both times the hotel misspelling my name on the reservation which bothers me!
Very friendly staff that gave us an upgrade without cost, and helped us with all our inquiries. We got help to rent a car, the food tasted good. There's a Tivoli right next door which had fun rides, market, and great tasting food. The location is perfect for Salalah, close to the airport and city. The resort has a couple of years on its neck and could benefit with renewed furniture. The room was cleaned meticulously each day with new towels etc, all in all a very good experience and would recommend it.
Excellent Hotel/Resort location, service, and staff. The only shortcoming was cleanliness in the lobby toilets especially near the restaurant. It needs close attention and follow up with house keeping responsible for continuous monitoring and far frequent checks by responsible janitors.
I was impressed by the high caliber executive of facility, Mr. Omar Shahin, and front desk manager Mr. Mena who demonstrated exceptional skills in addressing concerns we raised about the room assigned to us. Their quiet demeanor and wisdom truly made it up for our entire stay.
Keep up the excellent work gentlemen & ladies.

CCorinne_UAEOverall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities).
Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat.
Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job.
I will definitely be back!

AAYMAN AHMED MOHAMMEDVery good hotel nice stay comfortable stay 10 out of 10 next time if I come to Salalah hundred percent I stay with you people staff is very good food is very good rooms are spacious very clean room the staff is very helpful heart of the city all the people are very cooperative nice people of Sala. Thank you
GGuest UserThe room is great, very spacious, bright and comfortable! There is a large courtyard downstairs, surrounded by many coffee, dessert and pizza shops! You can chat, eat and play ball at night, and there are also children's play facilities. The breakfast is very satisfactory👍. The front desk was very helpful in adding a bed and changing the room, but unfortunately I forgot to ask the name, which really touched me! The only drawback is that the hot water is not enough. After washing my hair and taking a shower alone, the hot water is not very hot at the end. I hope the hot water system can be improved as soon as possible!
