A great weekend!! Caught up with Mother's Day, I took my mother to rest for a day. I felt super relaxed from the moment I entered the hotel. The environment is beautiful and the green vegetation covers a large area. Before check-in, Miss Niki (?) contacted and arranged a room upgrade. I am super grateful🥹You can see the jacaranda and blue sky outside from the balcony and feel the wind. The quality of the double breakfast and lunch rice noodle set in the set is absolutely impeccable. There are various snacks. You can try all kinds of small bowls. Paoruda is the best😋The lemon and sour spicy chicken feet in the set are super delicious. I also went to the Chinese restaurant to take a portion home before leaving. Thanks to every staff member I met, including but not limited to Brother Cai Liping at the front desk, Brother Gu Dezhong in the Western restaurant, and a small but energetic lady in the Chinese restaurant (I met her at noon on 5.9/10). I hope I didn’t write everyone’s name wrong🙈 See you next time! ! Definitely come again!

This place deserves a huge five-star rating, I highly recommend Yanxiu Ge to everyone! On the day of check-in, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. The owner specifically came over to check it out and meticulously resolved the problem. Since the guesthouse was fully booked that night, they immediately upgraded our room type the next day. They even turned on the air conditioning and electric blanket during the day, so when we returned to the guesthouse, the room was super warm. They cared about our experience throughout our stay. The owner is truly professional and dedicated, excelling in her field – what a charming lady! For breakfast, I definitely recommend trying the whole wheat bread. The owner mentioned it's homemade at the guesthouse, and paired with strawberry and peanut butter, it's really fragrant and delicious! The courtyard and rooftop are also beautiful; it would be even lovelier in the summer. The cats at the guesthouse are very friendly too, I especially love Ella, who is playful and active. I had a great time in Dali, partly because I love Erhai Lake, and partly because the owner, the 'Jie' (older sister), is a truly warm person. The experience was a perfect hundred points!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Lijiang left a deep impression on me! The hotel is located near Shuhe Ancient Town, allowing guests to experience the unique charm of Naxi culture while enjoying modern luxury and comfort. The lobby design seamlessly blends traditional Dongba elements with contemporary art, immersing you in a rich ethnic atmosphere the moment you step inside. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with wooden furniture and ethnic embroidery complementing each other perfectly, offering superb views. The service was consistently warm; the front desk attendant, Christina, even gave us a small gift upon checkout. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves authentic Yunnan cuisine, and the breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring various Lijiang local specialties. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality!

We had a great time staying here, we had a room with the downstairs bath room which is a unique in design in the old house, love the warm floor in the winter time and love the experience that going up and downs when going to washroom, it was fun! The hotel atmosphere are great and making us feeling like home from the very sec the auntie pick up from the ShuHe old town north gate, to the receptionist introduce the hotel and its culture at the reception bar which has a nice set up with free tea, fruit and home made cake provided. Love the “heart” from the Singapore lady owner to establish and own the place, it is a 情怀 instead of a place run for $$$, the room diary is an awesome gem, feeling blessed to know who else in the word had ever stay in the same room and their stories, made me can’t stop to leave something too. the 3 night stay here made me an unique experience in this trip, love it and will come back again. Please continue to share the heart and love in this place till we r back again :)

I booked this hotel specifically for the hillside hot springs. Although it's a bit old, it's well-maintained and the environment is truly beautiful. I booked room C for convenience, since we take a shuttle bus to the hot springs anyway. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, but the taste was just average. The hotel's own restaurant offers reasonably priced meals, which is worth considering. Room E is located outside the hotel garden, right by the road, and the car is parked right next to the building; it didn't feel as nice as room C. The hotel parking lot has charging facilities, which is very convenient. However, the gate system had a problem. Even though I registered my license plate number at the front desk, I still had to pay for parking. In the end, I had to contact the front desk to manually raise the gate. The changing rooms at the hillside hot springs were clean, and bathrobes and towels were available for changing in the hot spring area. The only downside was that my skin became itchy after soaking in the hot springs, which was quite unusual; I've never experienced this in a real hot spring before.

I came for the seagulls, and Kunming surprised me, starting with this hotel. I chose it because it's close to the old town, new, and includes breakfast. When I arrived, I considered changing rooms or even hotels due to the street noise, but the front desk arranged a high-floor room. It was late January, so I needed the AC on at night, and to my surprise, I couldn't hear any street noise at all. Plus, a popular BBQ spot next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, so I promptly extended my stay for three more days.

My stay at Cuihu Hotel in Kunming was absolutely wonderful, and I wanted to give it a glowing review even after checking out. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by its inviting ambiance. It was Chinese New Year, and the lobby was decorated so warmly and festively, instantly putting me at ease. The carpets in the hallways outside the rooms were incredibly thick and soft, making every step silent and comfortable. The room itself was beautifully designed with a real sense of quality and layered decor. The soft furnishings were exceptionally pleasing, and the bedding was soft and conducive to a great night's sleep. What truly touched me was the sense of calm and warmth I felt here, especially after experiencing an earthquake in Xishuangbanna the night before, which had left me feeling quite down. Both the environment and the service provided such comfort. All the staff were very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was gentle and healing. I genuinely felt soothed and cared for. It was a truly therapeutic stay, highly recommended!

Free airport shuttle service at Kunming Changshui International Airport: I chose this hotel specifically for the pickup service, which was excellent, very prompt, and the hotel is very close to the airport. Facilities: A bit dated. Hygiene: Needs improvement, there were hairs on the headboard. Service: Quite good, they answered all my questions. Remember to close the windows at night, haha, Kunming is still so beautiful!

I forgot my charger after checking out and only realized it when I was already in the taxi. I called the front desk, and a staff member named Luna quickly ran out to my car with it, even putting it in a small bag for me. Her figure, weaving through traffic, was the most vivid interpretation of 'service first.'

Facilities: The hotel is beautifully decorated, and most importantly, the bathroom has a washlet. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned every day, with no corner left untouched. Environment: The environment is simply stunning; you can open the curtains and enjoy the view of Erhai Lake. Service: I really have to highlight the service, especially our butler, Angel, from Pullman Dali. She's not only beautiful and kind but also incredibly thoughtful! Communication before check-in was smooth, and when we arrived, we found she had already perfectly arranged everything in the room, even preparing thoughtful little touches like welcome fruits and slippers for our child. She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, always accommodating our requests. It wasn't just standard, perfunctory service; you could really feel that she genuinely wanted to help solve any issues we had. It was truly heartwarming. Indeed, a great hotel is nothing without great staff. This trip was made even better because of Angel~ @Pullman Dali, remember to give Angel a bonus! 🍗
