The hotel is the best in Sopot with a private beach area. The hotel is old, but it is well maintained. The restaurant is great and the front desk is very friendly. The parking fee is expensive. You need to go to the front desk in advance to greet. The hotel's open-air parking lot is very hot. For the same price, you can go to the Sheraton commercial parking lot next door for more convenience.

this hotel is by far the most excellent places located for a Gdansk trip in the old town. I had a couple of recommandations for food and I kid you not, eerything was 3 minutes away The check-in was smooth, we had the nist important amenities, the umbrella. While it's july the weather is quite bipolar. We didn't try the breakfast option as specialty coffee places are a dime a dozen. I can go on about the good things for this hotel, alas, nothing is perfect. First room in the hotel smelled like a whole regiment had a running marathon and left the stinky shoes and socks in the locker for two days. I hope it paints a good picture, however reception wad kind enough to change the room. While the room change helped, the smell still persisted, as such we made use of tbe windows (the room probably never smelled so good after we left). By openning the windows, we exposed ourselves to the bane of everyone's existence, the bell's of hell that ring at all hours of the night and day, enough times to raise the dead and make them want to die again. Again, an issue most people might not have if they keep the windows closed, alas, there is a choice, old socks and trainers smell vs the reigning champion bell's of hell. The choice is yours my dear reader. Bonus points for the picture of Malbork castle that is an absolute must

Clean room with necessary amenities. Great price with great values. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The hostel and the main railway station are on the two ends of the old town. Locker may be outside the room. Overall speaking, this stay is beyond satisfactory and I would definitely recommend this to upcoming travellers!

Unfortunately, our experience at Radisson Suites Gdańsk was disappointing. The staff felt quite unfriendly and even rude at times. Any request or small issue we asked for was met with zero willingness to help or find a solution. It honestly felt like there was no sense of hospitality at all, which was surprising for Poland, where people are usually much warmer. The hotel itself is very standard, nothing special for a Radisson property. Since our room didn’t have a water view either, there was really nothing memorable or enjoyable about the stay. Overall, not a place I would choose again

This is essentially a serviced apartment or studio rental. Everything is remotely controlled and automated for self-service, but the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The accommodation itself is new and perfectly fine. However, it can be a bit confusing for first-timers, and even taxi drivers don't quite know where to drop you off, which makes it a bit challenging. But the accommodation itself is not an issue.

Good location, quiet rooms, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, great beds. Okay steam room but small sauna. TV streaming doesn't work directly from device, only from Internet. Also, no HDMI access.

Amazing experience! Kasper (hope I remembered his name correctly), the young man at the reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He helped us arrange a room with a sofa bed—the bed was already made when we checked in—and he also gave us lots of great tips for visiting Gdańsk. My child absolutely loved the stay, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Since we had to check out very early at 3:40 a.m., the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, the bathroom felt very new, and there were no unpleasant smells at all. The only small downside was the lack of a mini fridge. The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Sopot, the Old Town, and the airport. The train station is just a 3–4 minute walk away, which makes getting around very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from crowded tourist areas while still enjoying a comfortable stay and an excellent breakfast.

The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow. The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty. We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs. There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!

This hotel really nails the basics: it's clean and the rooms are spacious. It's also a nice touch that they provide extra towels. Plus, there was plenty of toilet paper. I was also happy with the well-equipped kitchen. Being able to use the supermarket really helped cut down on food costs. They have amenities like billiards, board games, a gym, sauna, game room, and meeting rooms, which I think would be super convenient if you're traveling with a group. Another charming aspect is that it's a repurposed old barracks. The hotel itself feels like a tourist attraction, so exploring it is an added bonus. If I had any issues, it would be that the self-check-in machine was a bit cumbersome. I found the process a little confusing, and there was a lot of information to input, which was tedious. I even heard the person next to me get frustrated, like ”Ugh!”. Also, the sauna instructions weren't very clear. I wasn't sure if a swimsuit was required or not. There was someone who just had a single bath towel wrapped around their waist, but I didn't know if that was acceptable. It would be great if they could put up more detailed instructions for using the sauna.

Fantastic hotel, luxurious and warm. Plenty of hot water, excellent breakfast, good restaurant. Great for public transport. Regretfully my husband's phone ”disappeared” from the room. Sadly spoiled the trip.
