Hotels With Breakfast in Phuket Province, Thailand

I booked this hotel on a whim on my last day, fearing I'd miss my flight, but it turned out to be really convenient for getting to the airport. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and if you walk a bit further, you hit Nai Yang Beach. Along the way, there's even a night market with incredibly cheap stuff. I also got a spa treatment nearby. Overall, the value for money here is excellent! It's a shame the pool was under renovation at the time, otherwise, it would have been perfect. The coconut smoothie across the street was also delicious! Only 40 Baht a cup!

It was nice area for relax time during vacation. All facilities are using nature or close nature type. We enjoyed staying here cause ; nice relaxing area good service calm and silence area Great sea in front of hotel good foods especially from a bar. Great place who look for relay and calm place with good rest.

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket.

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown. Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones.

Good location. Just weird layout of the room. The sink is an island in the middle of the room so washing your face and brushing your teeth require determination so as not to flood the room. And the bath and shower are separated so definitely not a good layout for friends travelling together. More suitable for couples who don’t mind seeing each other and hearing each other. Location is good with plenty of eating and drinking places. Chose it specifically cos partying in Patong. n

They refund and cancel policy is tricky. They didn’t refund my money when I booked for 3 nights but I wanted to cancel it 2 weeks before. They even didn’t accept that I pay for the first night and cancel the second and third night or even 1 night refund. It’s not fair I stayed there for a night but I didn’t want to stay there more because I didn’t like it. They didn’t accomodate my needs and didn’t address the issue properly. I ended up paying 3 nights although I didn’t want to stay there even a night. I checked in and checked out for a night but paid for 3 nights because if their strict refund policy. I hope they can address the issue asap.

It was a wonderful stay. The reception was very much welcoming with a smiling face..buffet breakfast was well organised staff were very friendly,had many options of dishes and had live cooking counters. The bell boy was always available...The staff was always smiling..The overall experience was above expectations...The hospitality was extremely good..Had a great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.. Would love to stay again when I visit Phuket next visit.Thank you very much...

I mainly chose this hotel for its location, as it's not far from Banzaan Fresh Market and Bangla Road, yet still quiet. However, I might not have paid attention to the room type when booking, or perhaps the front desk didn't assign us one, but our room was in the main check-in building. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the new building across the street has much better facilities. If you're booking or checking in, definitely choose the new building. Our room felt unsanitary; the sheets had been washed but still had large yellow stains, and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with visible usage marks and a strong odor. Secondly, the facilities were old, and the water quality was poor. We brought a filtered shower head, and after running the water for a while, it turned black—not yellow, but black, which was truly terrifying. We visited during the off-season, but it felt severely understaffed. Check-in took a very long time, and no one seemed to care that we were waiting. When we tried to call the front desk, many ignored us, and some just told us to wait again, which was quite cold. The two young men at luggage storage were excellent, and I'd like to specifically commend them; they were very enthusiastic. Since our room didn't have hot water and the front desk was unresponsive, I had to report it to the luggage staff, who then relayed it to the front desk, and it was eventually resolved. In summary, if you stay at this hotel, be sure to book the new building, bring a filtered shower head, and don't expect good service.
