Hotels With Breakfast in Phuket Province, Thailand

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the airport, about 20 minutes. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. The front desk has Thai staff who speak Chinese, and after check-in, someone personally escorts you to your room. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself is generally clean and tidy. The sheets, bedding, and towels all had a noticeable fragrance. They provide shower gel and shampoo, but no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bathtub in the bathroom doesn't have a curtain, so water splashes out when you shower, leaving a large wet area around the toilet. I stayed for several days and found it to be decent overall.

My stay here was great — truly amazing. The service was perfect, and the amenities were excellent. The rooms were modern yet still had that relaxed, island vibe, which I loved. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just something to keep in mind: although the resort is right by the beach, it’s not really a swimming beach. But you can still enjoy a great swim in the pool and relax by the water. Everything else about the stay was wonderful.

Our family of four (two adults and two children) just returned from a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Dara Hotel in Phuket, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. This hotel truly delivered on everything important for a family vacation. The location was unbeatable for convenience. The hotel is in the heart of Phuket, just a short walk from Central Phuket, the island's largest shopping mall. This made grabbing last-minute snacks, shopping, and finding family-friendly restaurants incredibly easy. For exploring, the hotel's central spot gave us easy access to various attractions across the island. A major highlight was the delicious daily breakfast with a fantastic variety. There were plenty of options to satisfy both adults and kids every morning, from Western and Asian dishes to fresh fruits and baked goods, which was the perfect way to start our busy days of adventure.

Good value for money. It looks like a luxury hotel with your own pool access, quiet atmosphere and good cleaning service every day. Lady at the reception Kwang is amazing! Helped me to rent a bike and many other things. There are some nice restaurants next to hotel. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown. Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones.

The room was great, really spacious and clean. The location was super convenient too. The rooftop pool offers amazing photo opportunities. It's about a 200-meter walk to the beach, so really close. There's a beach bar nearby, which can get a bit noisy at night, but once you close the balcony door, most of the sound is blocked out. With earplugs, the remaining noise didn't bother my sleep at all.

They refund and cancel policy is tricky. They didn’t refund my money when I booked for 3 nights but I wanted to cancel it 2 weeks before. They even didn’t accept that I pay for the first night and cancel the second and third night or even 1 night refund. It’s not fair I stayed there for a night but I didn’t want to stay there more because I didn’t like it. They didn’t accomodate my needs and didn’t address the issue properly. I ended up paying 3 nights although I didn’t want to stay there even a night. I checked in and checked out for a night but paid for 3 nights because if their strict refund policy. I hope they can address the issue asap.

It was a wonderful stay. The reception was very much welcoming with a smiling face..buffet breakfast was well organised staff were very friendly,had many options of dishes and had live cooking counters. The bell boy was always available...The staff was always smiling..The overall experience was above expectations...The hospitality was extremely good..Had a great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.. Would love to stay again when I visit Phuket next visit.Thank you very much...

The hotel lobby and surrounding areas are clean and visually appealing, which gave a good first impression. However, the rooms in Building 5 could use some maintenance. The toilet is quite small and lacks proper ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I also experienced an issue during check in regarding the deposit. The receptionist insisted on a 2,000 baht deposit per room. I asked if it could be reduced since we booked two rooms, but she refused. A day before checkout, I requested to switch the deposit to USD instead so I could get my baht back. She then mentioned that USD was an option from day one, something she hadn’t informed us earlier and she still refused to make the exchange. Fortunately, another staff member stepped in later and helped resolve the issue, which I truly appreciate. Her assistance made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has potential with its nice surroundings and helpful staff, but the rooms and communication at the reception could definitely be improved.
