My overall experience staying at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Konya Karatay was positive. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the lobby was bright and modern, giving a comfortable first impression. The front desk service was enthusiastic, check-in was quick, and the staff communicated well in English. The room size was moderate, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water supply was stable. The breakfast offered a good variety, with both Turkish specialties and Western options, and the quality was satisfactory. The hotel offers valet parking, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. The only slight drawback is the relatively limited surrounding amenities. Overall, this is a well-equipped, service-oriented, and high-value business hotel, suitable for transit or short stays.

The location is very nice, close to everywhere in the center. The staff is very friendly, helpful and helpful. The rooms are very bad, they separated the rooms with plasterboards, the insulation is zero, there was not even a closet in the room, my belongings were left on the floor. There was only 1 socket in the room, it was quite inadequate. The refrigerator was very old, the interior was very dirty, I was not satisfied with the hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's easy to find, it's very central and it's a short walk to the main attractions of Konya. The receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The room itself is very small, the double bed is pressed up against a wall (exactly as you can see it in the photos), there are no wardrobes or storage space, it's really is just a bed and a chair but it's okay for a short, one-night stay as the location is great.

Nice stopover. The receptionist was able to book us a connecting family room for our group of 7. Facilities were very clean, modern and in good condition. Location though was a bit of a walk from the main part of the town/city centre (15-20mins) and having free breakfast offered would have improved our experience.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, very complete and with many supplements and posters.

True to its 4-star standard, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. While the location is a bit out of the way, it wasn't an issue for us since we were driving.

I stayed another night simply because I liked the hotel and wanted to experience it more. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and professional; they never made guests feel awkward and always considered their needs, which was excellent. The whirling dervish dance in Konya is definitely worth seeing! The locals in Konya are also exceptionally warm and friendly towards Chinese people! Many people greeted me along the way. It's a very welcoming place.

It is an environmentally friendly hotel♻️ with a decent environment and friendly service staff. There are not many options for shopping and eating near the hotel, so it may not be suitable for those who like liveliness, but the barbecue restaurant opposite is surprisingly good ❤️ The omelette for breakfast is delicious ❤️

The hotel is quite old, but the service is excellent. The breakfast is hearty and the location in the city center makes it convenient for dining out. The front desk clerk recommended a local Turkish restaurant, which was delicious.

Location is perfect closed to the sightseeing area. Restaurants and gift shops near by the hotel. Staff was kind. 2 points a bit disappointed are Room smelled sewage. Inside the building is dark, especially steps.
