SshoshiiiVery good stay in general. Around 10 minutes walk from all the day trip pick up locations (e.g. Brooke Street Pier). The facilities were amazing and the front desk staff members were all very supportive and helpful. Loved the welcome cookies!!
The room was big and we received daily clean ups. We visited the pool and also utilised the gym during our stay as well - very good facilities.
The bathroom wall was a bit think as we could vaguely hear people next door, but the room was completely fine - could not hear a thing.
Would recommend to all types of travellers and will definitely stay again if we are visiting Hobart again!

UuyoacSince other room types were fully booked, I ended up reserving a motel-style room in the annex building. The annex doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk down, which initially felt a bit eerie. However, I later found out the room had a window facing a courtyard, so it turned out to be okay. The facilities are quite basic and dated, but the water pressure is good and the price is relatively cheap. The best part is the free parking (parking on the second level is the most convenient).

SSophylovemarathonI've been to Australia three times, but this was my first trip to Tasmania. I traveled solo, taking a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart to Launceston in the north. I stayed at this Best Western Plus for two nights, and my overall experience was very good.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean, and housekeeping cleans daily. If you're staying multiple nights and don't need cleaning the next day, you can hang the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your doorknob, and they'll give you an 8 AUD meal voucher for breakfast at the restaurant.
**Facilities:** Standardized beds and a bathroom. The room was spacious, very comfortable for one person. The bathroom had bath towels, regular towels, and hand towels. Laundry supplies were also provided. The minibar offered free tea bags and instant coffee. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water were in the room, with additional bottles costing 4 AUD each.
The parking lot 🅿️ was quite large.
**Service:** Breakfast was a continental breakfast, including bread, butter, jam, milk, and oatmeal.

The room is small, but it is super clean. We love the window in the roof and animals and fruit trees are around us.
We picked some pears, and plums. We fed the chicken and ducks, sheeps, hourses, and cow. My daughter really love them!!! The staff in reception are super nice! They gave my daughter animal food many times and still giving us a welcomed face! Really appreciated that!
Only one suggestion wanna make that there are only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer may not enough when some groups come. Thank you!

The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast.
In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience.
Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

HhelloimkarynVery convenient location for day tour pick ups. Good sound proofing in the room as well, given that it’s by the street. If you keep the windows shut you won’t hear a sound. Space was quite tight for 3 people. Basically not much space to open your medium size luggages, and even the bathroom there’s not much space. Overall a good place to stay if you want convenience and on a budget.

GGuest UserI arrived late because my flight was delayed by 4 hours. The initial room I was offered had an unpleasant odor coming from the restroom. I contacted room service for assistance, but there was no improvement after they addressed the issue. Fortunately, the hotel provided me with a different room, demonstrating their willingness to help resolve the problem. The location is incredibly convenient, close to the visitor center and the main shopping area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in central Hobart CBD,it is walking distance to almost everything including waterfront Salamanca,Battery Point etc.
There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all within a short walk.
The rooms are clean and modern,the hotel has a casual bar and restaurant plus a more formal restaurant.
Happy hour between 16:30 and 18:30 is a great time to have a drink in the lovely lounge area in comfortable sofas and armchairs near the large feature gas fireplace.
The staff are all friendly and efficient.
I couldn’t fault this hotel on anything,we stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was modern and very spacious.
Parking is onsite at $25 dollars per day which is pretty standard for the area,

XXinidiyilongmingThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Hobart city center. Downstairs, there are numerous shops like Myer, Arc'teryx, The North Face, and the Machimachi bubble tea shop, making shopping very convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. The room size was moderate, and the view was great, but the windows were quite dirty, which affected the viewing experience—something that needs attention. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices and well-balanced nutrition. Housekeeping was done daily, and the cleanliness was good. You need to use your card to access the elevators, so security is not an issue. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and could use improvement.
