Located within the ancient city scenic area, right by the Jinjiang River, this hotel boasts a lovely environment – peaceful yet close to all the action. It's a charming, antique-style Chinese traditional dwelling. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The breakfast was also excellent. I was very satisfied with this hotel; the service was great too. The front desk manager even upgraded my room for free upon check-in. There's also a large underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and it's lovely to take a stroll along the pedestrian street in the evening and enjoy the night views.

Coming from the north, we were absolutely blown away by the service at this hotel! They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

The hotel's location is great, with everything conveniently nearby. I had originally booked another hotel, but was shocked when I arrived. So, I quickly switched to the Pullman, which wasn't much different in price, but the experience was miles apart – the Pullman was so much better! While the facilities might be a bit older, they are very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied. You can really feel the quality service just from the professionalism of the lobby staff. I want to praise a small detail: in the breakfast restaurant, there are little signs indicating whether a table is free or occupied, and there are lots of small animals around the restaurant area. Here's a small suggestion for improvement: if a honeymoon suite is being used for a wedding, it might be better to locate it away from the general tourist areas to avoid disturbing other guests.

This hotel in Huaguoyuan is absolutely amazing! The design features a lovely natural wood style, beautifully incorporating elements from Guizhou's local Miao and Dong ethnic cultures. I especially loved the butterfly motifs; the staff told me they symbolize blessings. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which just reinforced how happy I was with my choice. Originally, I booked a different room type, but after an upgrade, I stayed in the 'Shan Muyun' room, which offers breathtaking high-altitude views of the Twin Towers and the 'White House' at night. The view was absolutely spectacular! I honestly felt like I wanted to stay even longer. I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic. I've stayed at many international chain hotels, but this was my first time at a Sofitel, and it was, surprisingly, the best international hotel experience I've ever had. Even though I'm not a member, I felt incredibly respected and thoughtfully cared for. First off, the Sofitel's location is unbeatable. It's right next to Jiaxiu Tower and a snack street, and a taxi to the airport is quick. It's super convenient for getting around, shopping, and finding food. I really have to commend our Guest Relations Manager, Janice! Her service attitude was warm and friendly, and she always responded promptly to any requests. We were so well taken care of these past few days; her service was meticulous and attentive. I even feel that Janice adds significantly to the Sofitel brand – she's a direct embodiment of Sofitel's brand charm. Our family of three was perfectly looked after, and my parents, who are in their 50s, were happy and satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable. The one-bedroom suite with a living room and a view was excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view! Breakfast was on the 57th floor, and it was abundant and delicious, with great high-floor views too. Overall, it was a 120% positive experience.

The front desk service was warm and the check-in was fast. I was unwilling to wait. Seeing that we had children, we also upgraded our family room. Added the hotel WeChat to recommend the delicious and fun surroundings. Also sent a warm reminder to stay at the hotel. Walk 5 minutes to the subway. It is more convenient to take a taxi. There is a row of taxis at the door, and you can go on and off!

I had a great stay for several days. The housekeeper cleaned the room and replenished supplies daily. The front desk staff was also very kind and allowed a free late check-out. There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and transportation is very convenient. It offers great value for money!

Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.
