The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

True to its reputation as a national treasure! Even before arriving, service manager Xiao Yuan proactively reached out to arrange our room and sent us a travel guide. The hotel's breakfast selection and quality far exceeded our expectations. We even got to try the complimentary Maotai ice cream, which thrilled the kids. Renhuai, the 'Wine Capital of China,' was historically a bustling hub for merchants, and this was our first visit. The hotel's warm service and thoughtful greetings truly showcase the excellence of a top-tier domestic brand in both hardware and software. It's a shame we only stayed one night; next time, we'll definitely extend our stay for a few more days. We'll be back, full of praise for Maotai Hotel and our fondness for酱香 (Jiangxiang) liquor!

This trip to Huangguoshu, we chose New Century and were incredibly satisfied! Visiting Huangguoshu during the off-season is definitely more relaxed. Upon check-in, we added the concierge on WeChat, which was really thoughtful; they were always prompt in addressing any requests or needs. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's kids' facilities are a true paradise for little ones – the sandpit and non-motorized playground kept them thoroughly entertained. My kids absolutely loved it! Plus, there are even sika deer and alpacas to see on the outdoor lawn. The weather in Guizhou during spring is quite pleasant, and the hotel's outdoor lawn offered a refreshing and picturesque view, with lush greenery everywhere, putting everyone in a great mood. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

This five-diamond hotel, listed on Ctrip's hotel ranking and one of the top hotels in Tongren, turned out to be incredibly disappointing! First, let's talk about the positives: the overall environment was indeed good. We stayed in the garden view building, and it offered great photo opportunities outside. The room facilities and equipment were fine, and there was plenty of hot water. However, there were just too many downsides!
1. When we booked, our first choice was a twin room. Since only the Suzhou-style garden twin room was available that day, we booked it. Upon arriving in Tongren, we took a taxi following the navigation, only to find a long flight of stairs at the hotel entrance with no bellhop in sight. It was hot, and we had two suitcases. I went up to call for help, and there was only one person at the front desk who said I had to wait. It was a peak season during a short holiday, so why weren't enough staff arranged? Did it seem like the occupancy rate was very low?! Okay, after struggling to carry our two suitcases up, suddenly there were two people at the front desk... Then the front desk staff started scanning our IDs. It turned out our Suzhou-style garden room was in a different area (Hilton Garden Inn)! Why wasn't this marked on the Ctrip homepage??? If it had been, I wouldn't have gone to the wrong place!! Upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn, they scanned our IDs again. Do we really need to scan them twice?
2. Consequently, the takeout we ordered in advance was delivered to the Fengqi front desk. They said they would send it to the Garden Inn. After waiting for over half an hour with no delivery, I called again to inquire. They said there was no one at the front desk, so I had to go down and get it myself. When I got there, I saw three people at the front desk. So, this is what 'no one at the front desk' means?? They then claimed the two other staff members had just returned. Yes, I must have such 'good' luck?
3. The booking included breakfast, Hanfu experience, and a boat tour discount, but none of this was mentioned during check-in. I had to ask about everything. Where was your service?
4. The handheld shower in the room was broken. Don't your engineering staff conduct regular room inspections? Is the MOD duty manager too idle? As a resort-style hotel with clear peak and off-peak seasons, are you just playing around by not conducting room inspections and repairs during the off-peak season? Does Hilton know that one of its mid-range hotels offers this kind of service?
The first impression I got in Tongren was extremely bad! It ruined my entire mood for the trip! I am truly speechless!!!
Coming to this Dong village for Chinese New Year, I didn't even consider other places and chose this one without hesitation. It really didn't disappoint; it was absolutely stunning. Every evening there was a performance of the Dong Grand Song. Since we checked in on New Year's Eve, the hotel even arranged a New Year's Eve dinner and had handmade dumplings. For someone from the North, the dumplings might not be the absolute best, but being able to eat handmade dumplings in a southern village on New Year's Eve really showed the owner's thoughtful attention to detail.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. What set this hotel apart from others was the abundance of bottled water and a steam iron provided in the room. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the dining area was quite large.
Jing Yibing's service was incredibly warm and attentive, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Honestly, a significant part of my positive impression of this hotel is due to Jing Yibing's outstanding service. A good employee truly enhances a hotel's image.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the old town's commercial center, right next to Hongtong City and Erqi Food Street. It's also within walking distance of Qingyun Market and MixC, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, shopping, and sightseeing. The staff are all very friendly and approachable, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and tidy. They even have a garden restaurant and a pet park where guests can interact with cute animals during breakfast, which is a delightful and surprising experience. Special thanks to Lotti and Lily at the front desk (their badge photos are attached) for their wonderful attitude and for promptly resolving any issues. Five stars!

The Hotel room was great, nice and clean. The room is modern with a rustic touch of wood finishes. It has good views of of the Guiylang white house and twin towers that light up every evening. The building itself is surrounded by street food and restaurants so many options to choose from. There is a few western franchises close by KFC, domino's and pizza hut. There are two shopping cenyres on e across the street and the Dolphin plaza about 16 minute walk. Easy access to Taxis and ride share so there is no problem getting around. Our experience was great overall and would recommend it yo anyone staying in the area

Service: There was no guide at the door, and we got off the car with our children and bags. The four people at the front desk and the three check-in counters were all busy with group guests, and it was very chaotic. No one came to guide individual guests. After queuing for a long time, they said that they only handle group guests. Without saying anything, we moved to the side line, and when we got to the line, they said they were still handling group guests. It seemed that they had not been trained to deal with group and individual arrangements. Both group guests and individual guests were unhappy. It was very hot, and I knew that everyone was unhappy. If I took the initiative to hand over a bottle of water, it would calm down the fire, but unfortunately no one thought of it. It seems that everyone is worried about the room.
When I returned to the hotel at night, I asked for a few more bottles of water. The robot sent 2 bottles, probably thinking that the room was enough...
Breakfast buffet: The lady who served breakfast was really a ray of sunshine when we checked in. We forgot whether we brought breakfast or not, so we asked how much it would cost to add another breakfast. The lady smiled and said to help check first. After checking, we saw that we brought breakfast and let us go directly. She also took the initiative to recommend where to sit for taking pictures. She was very enthusiastic.
Environment: It is right in the square, and it is very convenient to take the elevator out of the back door. It's a great bargain. The Red Army Primary School is opposite the main entrance.
Hygiene: It's clean, no problem.
Facilities: I don't know why the water temperature for showering is fixed, and I can't adjust it if I like a higher temperature. The water temperature is lukewarm, but I still feel cold after showering. The air conditioner seems to have no central control. It's very cold when it's on, and stuffy when it's off...

GGuest UserService: The owner was so enthusiastic, giving us tips on how to easily explore Xiaoqikong and Daqikong (Small and Large Seven-Hole Scenic Areas), and even treated us to some really sweet oranges 🍊. For those who love Hanfu, you can rent outfits for photoshoots. Introverts can enjoy a game of chess, while extroverts can gather for a lively mahjong session 🀄. Our little one had an absolute blast! At our next hotel, the first thing they asked was, 'Do they have a mahjong room here?' Hahaha 😂.
Facilities: Since there were many of us this time, we specifically chose the unique three-story suite. Not only did it have independent dual bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings much less chaotic, but the parent-child facilities – especially the big slide – brought out the inner child in both adults and kids. There's also a fantastic massage chair 💆 on the first floor that's incredibly comfortable. The large outdoor terrace would be perfect for sunbathing for hours if the weather is good ☀.
P.S. A note on the location: It's only a few hundred meters from the East Gate of the Daqikong/Xiaoqikong scenic area, less than a ten-minute walk to the East Gate Visitor Center. The guesthouse used to offer shuttle services, but unfortunately, due to policy changes, these have all been discontinued. It's a bit of a shame, but regardless of its location, facilities, or service, it's still an incredibly worthwhile guesthouse!

AAnonymous UserThe right way to open it is to come to Wujiangzhai and stay in the scenic spot. Mushan Hotel is at the highest point of the village. You need to take a car to go to the core scenic area. We booked Building 2. In the early morning, when we opened the window on the balcony, we were surrounded by green trees and the chirping of birds. The hotel service is very good. You can get free tickets, free shuttle bus, and free parking fees. The staff also helps to check in your luggage. Special thanks to the front desk of the hotel. Because the family brought a lot of things with them on a family trip, a bag of the child's things fell in the lobby. It was only when I went to bed at night that I remembered that there was a tablet in it. I hurriedly went to the lobby to look for it. I didn't expect to find it, but I didn't expect it. The staff has picked it up and placed it at the front desk. Just for this reason, this scenic spot is worth visiting again.
MM344060****The hotel has a great environment and is very close to Fanjing Mountain, with free parking available, making it perfect for self-driving tours. Since it was off-season, we even got a complimentary upgrade to their most luxurious suite. Butler No. 02 provided excellent service; he proactively helped carry our luggage to the room and even assisted us with a Fanjing Mountain travel itinerary. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Fanjing Mountain next time.
FFranticbugZhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.
SShenianxingdayun。Excellent stay! The location is super convenient, easy to find, and not far from the subway station. It's also really close to places like the North Railway Station and Qianling Mountain. The hotel's location is truly superior – nowhere feels too far away. The entrance is quite prominent, and the meals are plentiful. Very satisfied. They also have a dedicated parking lot. The facilities are brand new. This is the most convenient, cleanest, and reasonably priced hotel I've stayed at in Guiyang so far. After checking out, they even helped us store our luggage, saving us the hassle of dragging it around. A very comfortable stay overall.
GGuest UserI recommend staying at their hotel. The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and there will be free coffee and fruit when you check in. The hotel also has free laundry, tea room, public book bar, and even dryers. The whole house is smart with high-definition projection members. It's very good, and there will be sweet soup prepared at night. It's worth staying
SSiew Kee LohThe hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. However, I had feedback to the hotel that the hotel should at least have a power socket adaptor for International travellers . My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel .

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic. This is the place to stay when visiting Xijiang. It's very close to the town, the rooms are great, and the facilities are excellent. They offer luggage pick-up and drop-off service; the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service! The view from the window is amazing. They even offer afternoon tea.
