The room is very clean, the environment is OK, the service is also very good, there is enough space for two people, the bathroom is very large, with a bathtub and shower, and two washbasins. I personally think it is mainly quiet, which is very good for someone like me who has a light sleep and poor sleep quality.

The rooms in this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which gave us great peace of mind. The surroundings are also quiet and beautiful; taking a walk along the nearby paths in the morning, enjoying the fresh air, was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great, providing plenty of energy for the day. It was a very satisfying stay! The hot springs were excellent, absolutely wonderful.

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

The hotel service is excellent, very attentive, friendly and always with a small. The quality of the amenities are very high quality. The location is in the middle of the town and easy to walk around.  The room is very big. The night show is very good with high quality. Even better than the show we pay. The only minor thing is the singing in nearby pub. They put the amplifier outside the pub and sang till after 11 pm which is very disturbing. This happened to most of the pub. The village manager should stop them.

The facilities were incredibly comprehensive: having a washer and dryer directly solved my laundry woes while traveling, and the printer was super convenient for urgent needs – they really thought of everything! The staff were warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. The biggest surprise was the free parking, making road trips stress-free. The value for money is absolutely amazing, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was great, and the service was excellent. The lady at the front desk even upgraded me to a suite. I came to Guiyang specifically to watch a movie at the Boundary Cinema. It was very comfortable staying there by myself. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time.

The location is excellent, near the metro and not far from the center of Guiyang. Breakfast is not bad, hotel staffs are friendly and ready to help but they cannot speak english (you can use translator for communicate)

It feels like the best hotel in Anshun. Although it is a bit old, it is well maintained and not particularly old. The location is very good, facing Hongshan Lake without any obstruction. I booked a lake view king room. The front desk staff Wang Jiangping had a very good service attitude and handled the matter very quickly. Seeing that we were here for tourism, he took the initiative to help us upgrade to an executive lake view room, which improved the travel experience. If the weather is good, the lake view is still beautiful.

Really satisfied to evaluate. The hardware is three separate, the facilities are new, and the whole house is smart and small. The sanitary standard is high, and the bedding and the room are very satisfied with me. The front desk in the lobby will take the initiative to say hello. Besides parking, it is really not easy to find this kind of hotel with a garage directly to the room in this location. Then the garage hotel logo is eye-catching. There is also a roof garden and a roof washing machine dryer ironing machine, gym, very satisfied. The room opened facing the primary school, quiet at night, and feeling energetic during the day, the sun blossoms very well. This primary school is beautiful! To say that the fly in the ointment is that the opposite guest is loud (it is estimated that they are standing in the corridor talking) and entering and leaving, which is also related to personal quality. My stay at Pullman Guiyang was absolutely fantastic, truly exceeding expectations! The prime location was a major selling point, right in the heart of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. The front desk service was particularly outstanding. The staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in quickly and efficiently. They were also very flexible and adept at solving problems, always providing thoughtful and professional assistance. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with impeccable hygiene. I was given a high-floor room with a spectacular view of the city lights, and despite the similar nightscape style of the old city, the overall comfort of the stay was superb. The combination of high-quality service and a convenient location made for excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Guiyang. Highly recommended!
