Over the past few years, I've enjoyed coming to Yichun for the selenium-rich hot spring waters. A friend recommended this hotel to me. Although it's an older property, the staff are quite prompt in resolving issues. I stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub, which was great for immediate soaking and relaxation – a really thoughtful design. The bathroom even had amenities like body lotion. It's peak season now, and the hotel is almost fully booked. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the edge of Wentang Town and quite close to the Tourist Service Center. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Definitely not a 7-star hotel, more like a 4-star at best. I got bitten by mosquitoes. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking any meat dishes, and nowhere near as good as the Xiangjiang Wenhua Hotel. Their restaurant is on the top floor with great views and a wide variety of food, whereas here, only the Cantonese steamed buns and chicken feet were decent. Parking was convenient. I appreciate that the hotel provided facial cleanser, toner, and mouthwash. However, the tea box had a lot of tea dust and very little tea.

He was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The environment was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Location: The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The Drawbacks: 1. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Wangxian Valley is an artificial, internet-famous scenic spot with a great ambiance. The hotel's hardware facilities are generally decent, but the overall service experience has significant room for improvement. The scenic area attracts a large crowd, and while staff members are visibly providing service, it's difficult for them to be truly attentive and thorough. The overall management appears somewhat chaotic. Showtimes and attraction information provided on the scenic area's mini-program and paper maps often differed from the actual on-site situation due to outdated information. This led to a lot of detours during my visit, significantly reducing the efficiency of my sightseeing. The scenic area primarily focuses on Instagrammable photo spots, lacking any introduction to Wangxian Valley's history and culture. There's also no dedicated information or guide desk for in-depth explanations. Visitors are left to explore and check off attractions on their own, missing out on a deeper cultural understanding. The service staff's quality varies, with many being interns who lack sufficient work experience. As a solo female traveler, the hotel did not proactively contact me with the specific check-in address after I booked. I had to call them to get the relevant information. When assigning my room, they didn't consider my solo travel situation and placed me in a building quite far from the central area. Although I requested a room change, there were no closer options available. While it was changed, it wasn't ideal. Despite the overall disappointing experience, I want to extend a special thank you to two staff members: the 17-year-old front desk associate, number 36, who was genuinely sincere and enthusiastic. He provided me with a lot of practical help and much-needed encouragement, which was incredibly heartwarming. Also, my butler, Xiao Meng, was very helpful. I hope the scenic area can optimize its information update mechanisms, strengthen staff training, and improve accommodation arrangements for solo travelers. I look forward to a better experience next time.

This time I came to Nanchang for a trip, the Tengwangge River View Hotel (Honggutan Wanda Plaza) really brought me a lot of surprises, I must praise it! - Invincible view: The room has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and the view is particularly wide. In the morning, lying on the balcony railing, you can see the moths of the Tengwang Pavilion in the distance are dyed red by the sunrise, and the Lijiang River is shining in the morning light; The night lights are on, and the night view of the Tengwang Pavilion and the Lijiang River is even more beautiful, and you can make a blockbuster with a single shot. - Comfortable room: The room is simple and clean, and it is very comfortable to live in. The bedding was soft and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the small refrigerator and disposable items are also complete. Some rooms also have intelligent voice control, which is very convenient. - Cost-effective: In the same location and quality hotel, the price of his home is really affordable and cost-effective. I really recommend it to friends who come to Nanchang to travel. This hotel is really great. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Nanchang!

This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China.

There's absolutely no soundproofing. Late at night, doors across the hall kept slamming shut with a bang, one after another. I was so worried my son would wake up. This isn't some hostel; can't the soundproofing be improved? The front desk staff must be too busy and tired, as everyone looked really tense. When answering customer questions, it felt like they were looking at a **. I always stay at Huazhu hotels when I travel, and this is the first time I've encountered front desk staff like this. They might really be too exhausted. However, to be fair, the location is great; it's very convenient to see the Tengwang Pavilion, and the hygiene is also good.

We had a wonderful stay at Wangxiangu Cliff Homestay / 望仙谷悬崖民宿. It is truly a special place in an incredibly beautiful valley, surrounded by atmospheric cliffside houses, mountains, streams, and magical evening lights. Staying here feels like being inside a fairytale. We stayed in a spacious, clean, and very comfortable room near the breakfast building. It was located in a quiet lane, so the nights were peaceful and calm, while breakfast and the main walking routes around the valley were still very easy to reach. The room had plenty of space for relaxing and storing luggage, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it easy to unwind after a busy day. We would especially like to sincerely thank our personal manager, Huanhuan housekeeper🥰 She was always available on WeChat, responded quickly and kindly to every question and request, and helped us understand how to get around the valley and use the hotel services. This kind of support is especially valuable for international guests, and thanks to Huanhuan, we felt comfortable, welcome, and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality, care, and unforgettable experience. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who wants not only a comfortable stay in Wangxiangu, but also a truly unique and memorable experience.

Full score! Wuyuan super healing treasure homestay! The most pleasant surprise of this trip to Wuyuan was to choose this homestay. The stay experience was directly full, and the whole process was comfortable and healing. Must focus on praise the butler, the service is particularly intimate and thoughtful. When checking in, take the initiative to help carry luggage and relieve the fatigue of the journey. I also carefully introduce the surrounding situation, sincerely recommend the authentic restaurants that locals often go to, avoid the net red stepping on the thunder store, and take the food guide directly, which is very practical. The overall environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, clean and refreshing. The room is open and well equipped. My favorite is two large balconies with a wide view. Sitting in your leisure time, enjoying the scenery of Wuyuan Mountains and Wild Mountains, it is comfortable and relaxing. The sanitation is meticulously cleaned and the living comfort is very high. The overall price is super high, the service is warm, the environment is beautiful, and the details are full. I highly recommend this homestay for a trip to Wuyuan, and I will choose to stay again next time!
