The hotel is currently having a lobby renovation so entry and exit is through the Billion Supermarket lobby. Having said that, the hotel made the temporary pathway rather integrated and security posts and reception was extended to the temporary lobby. The hotel lobby itself is grand and beautiful and staff were always available, attentive and accommodating. Check in was pretty smooth. My room was very spacious and decor although a bit dated is still good. The hallway wallpaper outside needs some care though. Toilet is good and comfortable seating and working spaces. Bed is supersized and amenities are adequate. Wi-Fi connectivity is easy and very fast! Breakfast variety is as good as any 5 star hotel although consistency in taste is the issue. I had a great breakfast on the first day but the second day was rather meh despite having almost similar dishes as the day before. Dining staff are very kind and gracious to your needs.

Recommend for all visit to Kota Bahru. The room is clean and quite big compared to town's hotel. The staff are friendly. Parking easy to find, plenty of parking at underground and it's free. Overall satisfied experience. Nice Kelantan food.

Checkin process a bit slow even after checkin hour. bathroom not so clean. got it its quite old hotel but still its considered as the best in town hence hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness. breakfast foods are varities and all good. good the local kueh on your breakfast and the nasik kerabu

Always be my choice for staying in Kota Bharu… Good location as walking distance to Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah… Foods are everywhere and the price is affordable… Many restaurants you could choose… For the hotel itself, the breakfast is amazing !! So yummy and variety of foods served… Highly recommended !

1. The bathroom wall and floor were stained n mouldy. 2. The bed need vacuuming n cleaning, while the bedsheet n duvet need cleaning n changing because my skin itched sleeping on it. I have to cover the bed with my own sheet I brought along. 3. The sofa was dusty n uncomfortable to sit on. 4. Towel was changed only upon request. Should be changed daily or at least after 2 days. 5. The floor need vacuuming at least after 2 days stay.

Everything was perfect (for a low budget hotel). Staff sangat friendly, facilities semua sangat nice, memang more than worth the money. Sangat berbaloi ya siap ada gym, laundry n gaming room. Breakfast tak banyak option tapi for RM15 add on is more than enough. So far sangat puas hati and will repeat again for another short trip to Kota Bharu.

I had a really nice stay at Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the surroundings were beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Definitely a great place to unwind. Would love to come back again!

Nice, clean room for this stay. I love the amenities and tech gadgets provided. Tv comes with good selection and free movies. Bed is nice. Only that is not comfortable is there's no door to the bathroom/wc. Unless u come alone or spouse, u'll feel not comfortable to commute between wc and bathroom.

Great riverfront location with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Ideal for families or business travelers. However, the hotel is a bit dated, and the breakfast and facilities could be improved. Still, a good value for the price if you don’t mind the old-fashioned decor.

Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.
