Hotels With Gym in Canary Islands, Spain

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

We chose this resort based on the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. First time in Tenerife and we were so glad that we chose to stay here. Santa Barbara is a very nice resort with everything that it has to offer. We will be staying here again!

Good location and good treatment. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it is always impeccable. Their employees are very friendly and the individual rooms have a small bed but larger than the standard one, which is ideal for resting. They recently renovated the pool and jakuzzy area and now it is wonderful. A place to disconnect and have everything at hand because it is very central.

Safe location close to bus terminal and restaurants. Lovely seaview and houseview, has gym and swimming pool, clean and friendly staff, no need to worry about anything when you stay here. Happy experience.

Very good facilities. Magnificent location, right next to Canteras Beach, and without a doubt the best part, the attentiveness of the hotel staff. From the reception, to the maintenance staff who set up our crib on the spot, to the cleaning staff. Everything was great. We'll definitely return as soon as we can.

The hotel environment is very good, and there are four restaurants with many choices, and the taste is also good. The spa massage is very comfortable and recommended. It is true that the location is a bit far from the city/attractions, but this is not a big problem. The various facilities of the hotel can fully meet the needs of 4-5 days. (And it is convenient to rent a car locally, but you need to be careful when driving up the mountain!!) The only flaw is that the training/process management needs to be strengthened, and some waiters are unreliable for treating everyone equally. In addition, the hotel reservation is paid online, but when checking the bill, it is found that the room fee is double-charged. The reason given by the front desk is ”your booking platform has received your payment, but it has not been paid to us”... I don't know whether to complain about Ctrip or the hotel. The biggest negative review is for HP and the person on duty at the hotel that night. This company held a global performance award ceremony in the middle of the accommodation area. The lights, music, and the howling of drunken humans continued until midnight, which exceeded the specified time and could not be communicated.

The room is very cheap, and the balcony can see the sea, so it is a real sea view room, but the location is between the two big cities, not in the city center, and then about 30 minutes bus ride from the airport.
