CCharity and JoyThe location is recommended, nearby the Central Station. Spacious for a standard room. For standard room is there no outlet available so it was difficult if you want to curl or iron your hair. When I checked in the room looked clean but the toilet was not cleaned the was still urine in the toilet and drops of urine on the toilet seat so I called the reception and they sent somebody to get it cleaned. Staff are friendly.
GGuest UserIt was nice, the only problem was that the bed were separated in the middle but after mentioning that they were very quick to fix the problem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThe room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.
GGuest UserIt was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints.
Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good.
The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros.
WWilliam Sun 1987Hotel located in a very nice place actually it's the downtown. Many nice restaurants and bars there. The food is quite nice. Hotel is very clean with very nice design and full of arts.
Hhuangke123We were traveling by car as a couple. The hotel has free parking. The rooms and beds are larger than those of similar hotels in Europe. The facilities are newer, with coffee machines, kettles and ironing boards, which are all what travelers need. It is a 15-minute drive to the old town attractions, and we visited for four hours. Parking cost 17 euros.
WWENKUNThe parking lot is large and quiet, and there is a restaurant nearby that is very authentic. The bed is large and very comfortable. Next to the farmland, the woods, and the serene rural atmosphere of Europe.

Convenient location on the edge of the high speed
In addition to the hotel's own restaurant, you have to go to the town to eat
Very comfortable town, worth a walk
