The accommodation was relatively clean and well-located. It was very well-equipped and boasted an exceptional setting with many available services and facilities, including a swimming pool. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and provided clear instructions. I would not hesitate to stay there again if the opportunity arose; I highly recommend it.

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Rennes' old town, perfect for exploring on foot. Parking is convenient, with a paid underground car park accessible 24/7. Just a heads-up: the market is held in Place des Lices every Saturday. After passing through a quiet inner courtyard (where you can also enjoy a drink), you'll reach the check-in desk. The welcome was perfectly professional, much like what you'd expect from a Mama Shelter hotel. The room is spacious and features modern decor. An umbrella is provided (which can certainly come in handy in Brittany!), but there are no facilities for coffee, tea, or hot beverages. There's a mini-fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. Please note that a €50 per day deposit is charged immediately and refunded within a few days after your departure.

Good hôtel, fast check in. Welcoming staff at the front desk. Rooms are nice. Cleanliness quite good, but could be improve (dirt in some places). Bottle of water half empty in the fridge. Hammam was cold. Jacuzzi was at a good temperature but too much chlore and bubble that hurt the eyes.

The window of our room faces a garden, which is quiet and beautiful. There is a dessert shop near the hotel. The desserts are exquisite and delicious. The surrounding buildings and cobblestone roads make people feel like they are in a historical city. I recommend this hotel when visiting Rennes.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths). Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience! Very friendly and competent staff who are always ready to meet all the expectations of guests. Excellent breakfast and excellent restaurant with first-class kitchen. The spa and wellness are also exceptional and offers a wonderful view of the sea. Thank you very much to all the staff that made our stay unforgettable.
