The breakfast is good, the front desk speaks Chinese, and the facilities are relatively new. It's located together with 101. 3. There are mosquitoes, so those who mind should bring mosquito repellent. 4. Overall, recommended.

The location is a bit far for those who don't know the tower, it's quite a bit back. The cooking utensils are good, but there's no water heater.

We stayed here for one night before our connecting flight, and for that purpose, this hotel was truly excellent. Its location is ideal for a stopover. The service was friendly and professional. We were also allowed to check out an hour later, which was very nice and gave us some extra peace of mind before heading to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all amenities. All in all, an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable overnight stay before continuing their journey. Definitely recommended!

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

I stayed in BSD, a bit far from central Jakarta. I had to leave Jakarta for work the next day, so I chose this place for its proximity to the airport and its convenience. Apparently, it was originally planned as a residential high-rise, and there are several other apartment-style hotels on top of the same shopping mall building. Since these hotels share some facilities, you should be aware of this when using the gym or pool.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the service from the reception to security was incredibly friendly. The food was standard, nothing spectacular. However, the facilities are a bit outdated. The room design is too rigid and old-fashioned. It could really use some updates, perhaps with stickers or other decorative touches to make it more appealing. The TV isn't a smart TV, which is quite behind the times. For a 4-star hotel, I'd expect more updated facilities. Also, only two bottles of water were provided. I suggest having a water refill station (like a dispenser) in the hallway. Water is cheap, but providing easy access to more water would make a huge positive impact on guests and show a great deal of care.

Used this hotel for a business trip. Excellent value for money. The facilities are new and very clean. I could even watch NHK World. It's directly connected to the adjacent mall, so finding food was never an issue. The gym is also clean and easy to use. Compared to hotels in central Jakarta, which often have older facilities and higher prices, this place offers a much more stress-free stay.

Always love staying here for a staycation, because it doesn't feel like I'm in Tangerang haha. Unfortunately, the bed is a bit hard and the water heater is no longer usable. Hope they replace them soon.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.
