Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Had an international flight the next morning, and there was an hourly shuttle service to the airport. I booked a lake-view room, but all I could see was a really, really big tree. And because it was raining, I couldn't enjoy any lake view at all. There was a distinct damp, mildewy smell in the hallway, but the room itself was okay. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, though. It's close to the airport, so there was some airplane noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb my sleep. Breakfast started at 6 AM, and the hotel even prepared a breakfast to-go for us since we were catching the 6 AM shuttle to the airport. The service attitude was quite good overall.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The power outlets were compatible with those in our home country. The staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast mainly consisted of Indonesian food; there weren't many Western options and no Chinese dishes at all. My only complaint is that bottled water isn't provided in the room; they only refill drinking water in a glass bottle, which I felt was not very hygienic.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

This hotel is very nice and very clean hotel but My experience with this hotel quite literally was scary because at night time got a few things happen. So scary and hunted for me and my family when the door is bell without any person around.  Something is moving around the room and noises coming from the window, we’re all just trying to ignore this situation but for you guys information I stay at 611 and 612.  Thankyou

Very nice room and spacious, breakfast spread was great too and cooked very good sunny side up eggs. Forgotten to return my hotel card but I will be back next month again and stay at same hotel and also return the room key.

bagus cove, harga permalam 500ribuan, sdh free parking, wifi , gym,kolam renang. Downstairs is a fragrant carstenz mall, comfortable and not crowded. Suitable for those who like quiet and gather with friends. no breakfast. but you can buy coffee or bread at indomaret at ba*****t mall Or eat at the foodcourt mall.

The room was clean and tidy, perfectly spacious for two people. The front desk staff were friendly, and the location is incredibly convenient – the exhibition center is right across the street, just a short walk away. There's also a large Aeon supermarket nearby, about a 15-minute walk, which is very handy.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a layover. It's very close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers transiting from Jakarta to Komodo, and includes airport transfers. They even have a WeChat account, so you can easily book your pickup from your home country. However, the pickup location was a bit tricky to find. I'd suggest they create a new video or picture guide for the pickup point. The hotel itself is very clean, and while the room was small, it was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. On the downside, our room wasn't ready until past 5 PM, even though check-in is at 2 PM. The efficiency could definitely be improved.
