I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

They are amazing from the reception staff who provided free upgrade and quick check in process. The free mini bar in my suite. The view. The restaurant and the breakfast. They are busy all times but their work is outstanding. The room service are excellent. The porters are amazing too welling to help even with busy steeet. Thank you for all of you, as Saudi you made me proud.

We stayed at Deyar Al Eiman from 14Feb to 17Feb 2026. We arrived at 3:40 am and they allowed us to do early check-in with a little charge. Room were cleaned and house keeping service was available everyday. All the receptionist were very helpful. The hotel is 2/3 mins walking distance from gate 327/328. W

A really good choice for its price, no major problems, the reception responds immediately and is extremely helpful and respectful, we did face slight problems but they try to fix them within minutes, therefore i will not include them. general cleanness is good, bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is new so everything seems well put. The location is not that bad, around 7-10 minutes to reach The masjid’s doors when walking, although it might be difficult for older people and in the summer’s heat, Going for dhuhr and asr was tiring, you need to cover your head as there is a big portion without shade. Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from.

The hotel is very close to the Haram. The services inside the hotel are excellent. However, the cleanliness is far below expectations. As for check-in, we were deceived; I had booked for an 11 AM check-in but wasn't allowed in before 3 PM. The reception staff told us that the hotel's policy differs from the website's, and we were the ones who suffered because of it. Therefore, next time I'll book directly with the hotel and not through a website. Wishing you all the best.

We had good experience at the hotel. The distance from hotel to haram is near and the nearest gate was 365 it was very close to Raudah *************. The breakfast were good and delicious. Thank you to Mr. shamem for the pleasant service. May Allah bless him.

Best hotel very close to Gate 10, very easy , on walking path towards QUBA MOSQUE. Good management. Upgraded us to executive suite plus beautiful HARAM view. 10/10
