The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

Only here for transit. My second time staying in Batiqa. Close to the heart of the city, have a little problems in the rooms but handled by the hotels smoothly.

The service was pretty good, and the bed was really comfortable. The restaurant served excellent food too. Plus, there's a large supermarket right next door, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The transportation was also great, not far from both the pier and the airport.

The location is strategic, the hotel facilities are very complete, the connecting room is the same as 1 king/queen bed, and you get the best view from the hotel. Especially the hotel is kids friendly so the kids are very happy. Highly recommended for a staycation with family

Good food, but room towel and bed sheet/cover were not good enough. It will be better to change the towel and bed sheet when it tore or the color change
