First, the staff were incredibly friendly. The accommodation description was detailed and created a comfortable atmosphere.
Second, it was extremely hot during my trip, but the room had good air conditioning, so I didn't have to worry about the heat while resting. The pillows were generous, the blankets were fluffy, and the bathroom was also in excellent condition.
Finally, Naples is a small town, so it was great to be able to get anywhere quickly by walking or taking the subway. There are many local restaurants nearby, and small supermarkets are everywhere, so food was easy to find.
Greetings from the mille.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.
Fortunately, I booked a side sea view room. If it had a full sea view, it would probably be noisy (the waves are very loud).
The hotel is located in the suburbs. It is a bit difficult to find when driving because the entrance is not obvious.
The service is pretty good.

This hotel is truly amazing! It features a very modern design while being nestled within an older building. The room was stylish, comfortable, and chic. Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby.
What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!
This hostel is conveniently located, and the common areas are clean and tidy. The atmosphere is very relaxed, perfect for meeting travelers from all over the world. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. It offers good value for money.
Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery.
The hotel rooms are large, with great views, great blackout facilities and good soundproofing.
I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but I had lunch in the restaurant on the top floor. The sun was shining on me, and I had lunch with the seagulls. I looked at the Castel dell’Ovo nearby and Mount Vesuvius in the distance, and all I could see was the Mediterranean Sea. The food provided by the hotel is also very delicious. The octopus salad I ordered was very satisfying.
Superbe hôtel, très facile d'accès à la sortie de l'autoroute.
Parking surveillé !
Chambre rien à redire !
Wifi impeccable.
Petit déjeuner très copieux et très diversifié.
Personnel très accueillant
At the highway entrance and exit, it is 42 kilometers to Positano, 18 kilometers to Pompeii, and 36 kilometers to Naples. It is an off-center but accessible location. The room is quite big, with a mountain view across the way, and the parking lot is large and free. It's much more cost-effective than living in urban areas or scenic spots. There are only two cafes in the surrounding area, but there are also two super warehouse supermarkets. It is estimated that people from all over the country come to buy goods. There is a chicken restaurant just a few steps away. The owner is enthusiastic and the dishes are all on the counter. If you don’t speak the language, it’s no problem.
Everything was wonderful. The location is great, you can walk to all the attractions. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a better room, than I've booked. I had a fantastic experience

AAngelaHotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.
BBrandyhuaThis hotel is super convenient, really close to Castel dell'Ovo, making it a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel. As a chain hotel, you can always count on their reliable service. I'll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. Plus, it's really close to the airport, just a few minutes away!

WWendy afterThe hotel is centrally located and it is so closed to the train and subway station. It is very convenient if you plan to take trains to the outskirts area. It is very safe as a lot of police will be around at night time. My only 2 suggestions are (1) the terrace should be opened for viewing Mount Versuvian. Unfortunately, it is always closed even I asked in the front desk. Second, the breakfast should have some slight change. I stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast are the same.
GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.
SShruti7316I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Aminta! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly Professional, friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We got very beautiful Mountain view from our Room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!!”
GGuest UserHi,
We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.
PPurpleCathyThe hotel is located on the cliff and the coast, with a quiet environment. The sea view room faces Mount Vesuvius, which is refreshing! The lights of the bay in the distance at night are even more romantic!
