GGuest UserWe absolutely loved the facilities and location of Kyoto Gojo Premium Hotel. It is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute drive to Kyoto Station, and only one train stop away, making it very easy to get around.
The hot spring facilities were especially comfortable and relaxing, and it was such a wonderful experience for our whole family. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel, which was delicious and a great way to start each day.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable stay and a very memorable experience.

云云博This is a venerable super five-star hotel with an excellent location, though it's a bit out of the city center, making it quite inconvenient for getting to sights, attractions, and dining. However, the hotel shuttle bus to Kyoto Station is a lifesaver. The hotel was renovated a few years ago, but it still retains its 40+ years of history and luxurious decor, now blended with modern, clean design elements. Charging facilities and hygiene are excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was gorgeous , comfortable, and extremely clean and new feeling.
Everyone who worked there could not do enough to help us have a relaxing stay. They truly made us feel welcome.
I hope I have the chance to stay there again in the future.

MMayuree MasayavanijSuch a good vibe hotel. Staff can speak English very well so we didn't have any communication problem. The concierge was kind enough to help recommending a tofu restaurant and made a booking for our group. We used their parking lot which was quite expensive since the hotel didn't offer free parking. Room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. The meditation room was an interesting experience though there was a delay for my booking. Their rooftop bar was also very nice. The drinks and snack were delicious. Wish I could stay longer to experience the hotel's tea ceremony and many interesting activities.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic! The design is also very modern and forward-thinking. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and always attentive to whether we needed any assistance. It was a very satisfying stay. We stayed in Japan for 7 nights and switched between 3 hotels, and this was by far the most satisfying five-star hotel experience!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for Japan. It's not far from Kyoto Station, just a five or six-minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven supermarket right outside. They provide small samples of Pola skincare daily. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom are well-designed and very clean. In the hotel lobby, you can help yourself to toothbrushes, disposable towels, and tea, which is very convenient. There's a hot spring bath on the tenth floor; remember to bring your own towel, or you can use the disposable ones from the lobby. The breakfast didn't change over the four days, leaning towards both Western and Japanese tastes. The matcha ice cream was a nice touch. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

TThe Travel HunterOutstanding experience at Hotel Granvia Kyoto. Staying here made our Kyoto trip effortless, especially with the hotel located right above Kyoto Station. Trains, buses and shopping are just steps away, which saved us so much time and energy.
The hospitality was excellent. The staff were polite, attentive and very efficient, making us feel welcomed immediately. Check in was smooth and the overall service throughout our stay was consistently professional. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of sightseeing.
This hotel combines prime location with refined service and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. Truly a five star experience.

WWanglunhuiThis is a long-established hotel, very close to Kyoto Station, the city's main transportation hub. The rooms are spacious with large windows that let in plenty of light. For breakfast, you have a choice of two restaurants: one is a rotating restaurant on a high floor with great views, offering a set menu. The other is a buffet on the first floor with a very rich selection. The downsides are the lack of laundry facilities, the bathroom isn't wet/dry separated, and the room lighting is a bit dim.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Hilton Kyoto was absolutely delightful. The hotel perfectly blends modern comfort with Japanese aesthetics; the design is minimalist yet refined. The room was spacious, well-lit, and impeccably clean, making for an excellent stay. Located in the heart of the city, it's right next to a subway station, and within walking distance of the Shijo shopping district and the dining streets along the Kamo River, offering unparalleled convenience for getting around, sightseeing, and shopping. It offers great value for money and comfort—highly recommended!
