Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is not in use, they say until Mr. Year for remodelling, in the room they have allocated me does not serve the phone and the TV has no cable ( cto. 124), call the recepciln of my telephone. The door of the closet is not available.

Breakfast has Mexican rolls, or ham, too few types, completely unaccustomed to eating. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and efficient. The location was unbeatable, everything you needed was close by, the embassy, ​​several restaurants for breakfast or lunch, and a mall in front. Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.
