Wonderful hotel, very clean, nice staff. Breakfast is good, everything is very tasty. It is far from the center and from the sights, but if you have a car, it is not a problem. There is a parking lot with charging for the car. I recommend booking the hotel 🏠

The front desk service of the hotel is super intimate. I learned that we had to go to the pier to catch the boat early in the morning. We took the initiative to help inquire about the bus route. We informed the first shuttle time in detail. By the way, we inquired about the cost of the taxi. Let us choose What surprised me the most was the hotel's breakfast. I thought I had to go hungry in the early boat. I found that the hotel's breakfast started at 6 o'clock, and dozens of choices were full of dining tables. Very close to the airport, about 15 minutes walk. Figure 2 is the free-range sheep opposite the hotel entrance.

The room is very small, the bed is only 1.2 meters in size, and the bathroom is also very small! The hotel is rather old!

The hotel is very close to the bus stations, some good restaurants and also the tourist spots! The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning soap and shampoo are provided. And the breakfast has lots of choices. The sauna is great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

The room was a perfect size, and the bedding was very comfortable, including the duvet and pillows. The front desk was very attentive and patiently answered my numerous questions, especially regarding transportation to attractions and the airport shuttle bus pick-up location. Besides the room and attentive service, the hotel's overall appeal was its generous breakfast and prime location. The bus to Preikestolen and the airport shuttle are both within easy reach. You can ask the front desk for detailed ticket purchase and boarding instructions; they were very friendly and patient. I also forgot to mention that they offer a 24-hour coffee machine and complimentary soda water. Turn right after the front desk, and of course, there's no coffee machine or kettle in the room.

The room was clean and tidy. After a day of hiking, I came back to the hotel and enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub. Wine is available in the room, but it's an extra charge. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was quite varied, compared to Bergen. For comfort and value, this hotel is a good choice.

This is my 2nd time at Scandic Haugesund. Everything is ok but I wish that their breakfast can improve. The location is the city centre so it’s pretty convenient with nice restaurant all around.

The location is superb, take the fb40 bus driver from the airport to stop you at the nearest place, walk 7 minutes to the hotel, the environment is beautiful, walk the ancient city, walk to the sermon stone, and the bus rail station for 10 minutes

Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

Great location for me from friend’s house and otw to the airport. Good breakfast daily and with dinner provided. Mew building and fully furnished comfortably. Not to forget to mention the scenic balcony view pf the ocean! Happy stay with family so far!
