Hot Springs Hotels in Shaanxi, China

I highly recommend this hotel; the front desk staff and everyone else provided excellent service. Especially the night shift front desk team – I saw how hard they were working, so I gave them two bottles of drinks. There was a small detail when I checked in that I really appreciated: they put my ID in a plastic sleeve. That shows great attention to detail. The room's cleanliness was also quite good, and the internet connection was excellent. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I hope I have a great time in Xi'an.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and her attitude was warm and patient. From guiding us in, helping with luggage, and getting us settled in the room, the whole process was so thoughtful. Knowing we were planning to hike Mount Hua, she even meticulously explained the best routes and precautions. The housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and was quick to respond to our requests. Overall, the service was excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to Mount Hua! ✨

The hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.  The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside. I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated. I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.  Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.  The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

This hotel is right downstairs from us, and the environment is absolutely beautiful. We got a free upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was really convenient. It's super close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. My friend stayed here while getting treatment at the hospital, and it was a short, easy walk to the Fourth People's Hospital. The room amenities are complete and fully smart. There's a gym, and laundry is also very convenient. It's definitely worth staying here.

To start with, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and created truly wonderful memories for our anniversary. The staff were incredibly thoughtful; they decorated our room beautifully in advance and even gifted us fresh flowers 💐 – such touching attention to detail. Every day during our stay, we received a fresh and abundant fruit platter. On the first night, they thoughtfully delivered a white fungus soup, and on the second, a red date soup. Both were perfectly sweet, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Located within the Huaqing Palace scenic area, the hotel offers an elegant and tranquil environment that truly helps you relax and unwind. The breakfast selection 🍳 was rich and tasty, and dinner was equally excellent. The overall dining experience was a big plus. (There's a shuttle service from the lobby to the restaurant and attractions within the park, though it's also a very short walk.) The location is incredibly convenient. We could walk to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in about 3 minutes, and Mount Li was also within walking distance. Our room booking included access to the Huaqing Hot Springs, and the hot spring experience was fantastic, making our entire trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel that excels in service, ambiance, and overall experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back! Clean and hygienic, first-class service, convenient parking, in the downtown area, shopping, eating is too convenient, next time you will stay at your hotel, and introduce friends to stay at your home, all five-star praise.

This hotel is located near the Bell and Drum Towers, within walking distance of the Xi'an City Wall and Shuyuan Gate Cultural Street. In fact, its prime location puts it close to all the main attractions. The area is surrounded by various excellent restaurants and local snack shops. The front desk staff, even late at night, enthusiastically helped us check in and even kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade. The bedding was so comfortable and soft, ensuring several nights of sound sleep! The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, and the front desk team is consistently friendly, kind, and provides excellent service!

This stay was absolutely wonderful, very comfortable and relaxing. I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's hot spring is a real highlight; the water temperature in the pools was perfect, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always enthusiastic and attentive, no matter where you were in the hotel. There were also some simple leisure activities that were just right for a bit of daily relaxation. On Saturday, they had a parade float and a small train, plus a kids' camp, which was really fun. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making for an excellent stay. With the comfortable hot springs, great service, and high value for money, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The decor was simple yet elegant, with a wonderful atmosphere. The bed was just the right firmness, and the amenities were new and complete, with smooth internet access. From check-in to check-out, the service was professional, the staff were friendly, the surrounding area was well-equipped, quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, the staff responded promptly, the soundproofing was good, the room facilities were excellent, and it was very clean. Highly recommended.

To be honest, the quality of this hotel really surprised me. The room has a high-end, minimalist wooden style, with attention to detail that makes it very pleasant to look at. The absolute highlight is the private hot spring tub on the balcony, directly facing a lush green mountain view. Soaking in the tub and just unwinding is incredibly stress-relieving. The room also comes with an exquisite tea set, allowing you to enjoy tea while gazing at the mountains – it really slows down the pace of life. I feel this getaway to the mountains for a few quiet days was definitely worth it.
