"Air conditioning wasn’t working well. Asked for room changed not allowed as receptionist says it’s not the aircon but outside weather. It was rather late, lazy to argue. So didn’t sleep at all for the whole night and check out very early due to feeling very stuffy. Paid so much but getting a lousy air conditioning who didn’t actually work and sleepless night."

"Had a pleasant stay. We spend about a week. The room was clean and the toilet too. Even though the location is very near to the main train station, it was not noisy at all. A walking distance to halal food and supermarket. However, we tried to book the room cleaning services but no cleaning lady came to clean our room."

I wanted to visit the border marker between Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium but didn't know how to plan my route, and they provided me with a very reasonable plan. This stay was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity to visit Aachen in the future."

"Stayed at this hotel before when it was an Etap. This hotel is always clean and comfortable, but remember it is lo cost. Breakfast's are expensive but there is a McDonalds about 10min walk down the road. Only criticism is that there should be a kettle in the rooms."

The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2"

"Located about a 30-minute walk from Aachen's main train station and close to the Lousberg tourist attraction. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the room even has a massage chair that makes it easy to fall asleep. Free drinking water and an automatic coffee machine are available 24 hours a day on the ground floor, and there's a bakery next door. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Flixbus stop. Rooms facing the street occasionally have some loud motorcycle noise, but otherwise, it's great. The hotel logo is quite cute; I might consider staying here again."
