Like all hotels in Europe there is no aircon but they provided a fan which helped when the room got a little warm. The breakfast was really good as well with a nice view of Dokk1. "Early check-in is not allowed, but the common areas are incredibly multifunctional, vibrant, and relaxing, comparable to Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, a panoramic view of the rainbow was visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and you could even clearly see the walkers above. The extra 50 DKK for bed sheets was truly baffling; it wasn't mentioned at all during booking! In the evening, I asked the front desk if they had hot water, and they said yes, but it cost 15 DKK per cup—good heavens! It's supposed to be a hostel, yet there's no communal kitchen, no refrigerator for storing food, and not even a kettle. This is unacceptable; I cannot accept that these facilities are adequate."
