"This is a very good hotel - great location and very nice breakfast situation. The pool is quite small though and the charges for parking always make me angry. (The whole idea of adding extra fees for parking in any downtown area is frustrating, but I realize this has become a standard practice everywhere.) I do recommend this hotel, especially if you don't have a rental car to park!"

"We were in room 241, mini fridge freezer section had 4 inch of ice all around it making it unusable. Major fight outside our room in the hallway in middle of the night, people yelllimg screaming , doors slamming , went on for over an hour, , requiring the police to be called. Made for a lousy stay."

"I enjoyed this hotel more than my husband did because he wanted a place that was more walkable to downtown. For the difference in price I felt like it was fine. We did have to take the car and drive everywhere but at least they were not charging for parking. The breakfast was very nice and the pool area was peaceful and quiet although we did not get in to the pool. The cookies are a nice touch and I appreciate that IHG hotels seem to be providing these everywhere lately. I would recommend this hotel unless you want to be more Central to the downtown area and not in need of a car to get around The parking situation was good although it was tight on several occasions where we were looking for a spot. We were there during a football game weekend so it was probably more crowded than usual"

"The service was average. The night customer service agents was snobby and lacked in people skills. The hotels is dated but it was convenient for me making an overnight stay. The location was ideal for this trip. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay. Cleanliness was average. The morning agent was professional and nice."

"Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The common areas were nicely designed and clean. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra towels at the pool. The cons were: the bottom of the pool was pretty rough. I get the need for traction, but it rubbed my kids' feet raw. There wasn't a hot tub. The parking garage attached to the hotel is open to the public, so if there is a popular event happening downtown (i.e. New Year's Eve Potato Drop) the garage will fill up while you were out elsewhwere. Leaving you to have to find somewhere else to park even though you prepaid for parking in that garage."
