I would say facilities and service were average altogether.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Should have proper trained staff Special for clients with kids No first aid or even medicines available Leakage in washroom but no response

It was a nice stay. Rooms were neat but they don’t allow female visitors and I don’t get that?

Good take care customer, very clean and nice food.

The reception by the front desk staff upon check-in was also very polite, and the other staff greeted me thoroughly, making my stay comfortable. Breakfast, taste and variety are all very good.

The staff in general very good, friendly, helpful and polite. We arrived earlier than expected and they immediately gave us two rooms without having to wait for check-in time. Breakfast and dinner were very good, buffet, with variety and in pure local style. The rooms are already old and it shows, but the service with two helpers that we needed, helped us immediately.

Very nice reception and flexible check-in/check-out times. There is nothing worth mentioning in terms of cleanliness. Everything perfect.

Staff and breakfast were perfect , clean and delicious , Kirit and chef bhupendra did a very good job , Also Sumit was very respectful and polite , thank All of you. Our room was clean and comfortable bed. I enjoyed staying here after a long road trip .

Everything was very good Sanju and Pooran was very good from housekeeping and very good in hospitality Cleanliness of room is outstanding housekeeping team was very helpful. especially pooran and sanju. i will definitely come back soon.

Had an amazing experience at the hotel, came to Holiday Inn Agra for a staycation with family. Everything was top notch, Polite and professional staff , facilities are good and resturants is highly recommended, u don't need to go out for meals. Spl thanks to Chef Bhupendra for taking out time and personally cheking on each of the family members. If you stay here don't miss on your meals in G Cafe 👍🏼

The hotel is very well located is good room garden is well and gym swiming pool also rooms is very clean and hygiene I want to thank to housekeeping department specially Raju Mandal the bathroom is very clean and towel are I really happy for here stay
