It is a good moment to stay in Lum residence where can feel peaceful, joyful and  relaxation.

We planned to stay here for 2 nights, but ended up staying for 5 nights because everything was great, service, location, food. I recommend this hotel for family vacations and couples. The residence is new, freshly renovated, conveniently located inside, there is a swimming pool, recreation areas, a yoga area, spacious stylish rooms. Convenient location, quiet, but at the same time everything is close to the cafe / to the bus stops / to the ocean. We will definitely come back again, only warm and positive memories ❤️

lum公寓是我們本次出行的性價比之王，遠超預期。公寓距離海灘步行600多米可達，因為天氣比較炎熱，我們選擇傍晚去海灘，人少景美。服務也很到位，歡迎飲料是現調的，晚餐也可口。總之棒棒噠！值得推薦!

Превосходный отель! Красивая территория, в комнатах свежий ремонт, персонал приветливый, я чувствовала себя, как дома. Отель находится в переулке, в тишине, не слышно шум дороги, и до моря всего пять минут пешком. Мне всё понравилось.

服務非常好👍餐廳管理名字叫BABA的當地人還帶我們去超市採購食物 住了兩天，泳池非常贊，可以在那邊度假的感覺 唯一不足是不含早餐 希望改進 而且早餐時間衹有到當地時間9點才能營業，作為中國時間，我要餓暈了

Lum Residence is a beautiful, peaceful place — perfect for a quiet escape. The rooms were clean, and the staff were lovely, especially Baba, who made us feel very welcome. However for the price we felt that breakfast should have been included. We also noticed that there was no tea or coffee in the room, and we weren’t even offered a welcome drink (which even basic hotels have). Also, they charge an extra 3% for card payments, which they are not entitled to charge from guests.

Amazing place! We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved it. The property is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food, the coffee is outstanding, and the managers are wonderful. Special thanks to Boba for making our stay even more memorable!

The best place at south area. Atmosphere inside the residence “you feel at home” ! Start from comfortable rooms: with king size bed, small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator Than the restaurant menu, delicious breakfasts, lunch and dinners. Hospitality staff during all staying, were always sensitive and responsive. Definitely it’s our favourite place to be💛💛💛💛💛

I can’t recommend this place enough. I came for couple of days and stayed almost two weeks😁 Very clean space, friendly and caring staff, delicious food and coffee. They also have themed menu days, and bbqs. Lum is welcoming people with open arms and hospitality. The location is also great: it’s walking distance to Kabalana beach (which is clean and nice beach), some good cafes nearby, and it’s very quiet.

An incredibly clean and comfortable hotel with a pleasant lounge area and a pool. There is a restaurant with delicious food. The staff are kind and responsive, always quickly fulfilling requests. There are various activities and games like ping pong and foosball. I will definitely come back here again!

New hotel in Ahangama, near Kabalana beach (500 meters) Nice friendly stuff. They can help you with anything. Food is excellent. All day breakfast and amazing sushi. Pool is clear. Highly recommended!

Very cozy small hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms, the design of the rooms is done with taste. Well-groomed territory. There is a swimming pool, sun loungers. Towels are always available near the pool. There is gel, shampoo, balm in the shower. The restaurant offers a varied menu. The bar has delicious cocktails. In the evening there is music and a wonderful atmosphere.

Люм - это дом🤍 звуки просыпающихся джунглей - отдельная любовь даже если не оставаться тут жить, то приехать на тусовку или ужин определенно стоит. хумус, роллы и васаби креветки - must have. ребята любят свой дом и всех гостей, кто к ним приходит. сделают Вам лучшие коктейли на острове, поиграют с вами в нарды или настольный теннис, развеселят и дадут много советов. я влюблена, короче, обнимите их как приедете

Очень хороший отель, все чистое и новое, постельное белье , посуда и тд - это очень важно ! Вкуснейшее меню с доступными ценами , шеф повар творит чудеса ! Свежайшие продукты и разнообразие выбора ! Бассейн чистый , океан в 10-15 минутах пешком
