The hotel service was excellent. The staffs speak good English. The staffs also very helpful. Room are big and very clean. The bathroom is very clean and looks new. Very worth the stay. Will definitely recommend it

Previous night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.

A great time at this hotel. The staff were professional and the hotel was nicely done up. The room was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice too. Getting there in the snow with slush on the streets was not much fun though. Not too far from the train station, but still a decent distance away.

The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem. We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid. However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip), but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they make one with the additional charge ?

This hotel is near to the station where there are shops around. Also its right opposite to the car renting place. Convenient!

This was our first trip since our youngest child was born. We were a little worried because we were so excited, but everything went smoothly. The hotel was in a great location, and we enjoyed visiting Senshu Park and the station. We would like to use this hotel again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. Free coffee pods and bath products were provided. It's within a 10-minute walk of the train station and even closer to Qianqiu Park.

I received an upgrade, the room was clean, the service was sufficient, and the staff were polite, so I had a pleasant stay. I would like to stay here again when I come to Akita for business.

It's a little far from the station, so people who don't like walking should consider it.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and I'm glad I stayed there. There is an outdoor parking lot and a multi-story parking lot, and parking is available for 1,000 yen per day. The additional charge is 100 yen per hour.

For just over 1,800 yuan a day, the room definitely felt different. It was more comfortable, and the overall experience was better. I booked this room because I couldn't find any other rooms. It's still a bit high for a salaryman like me.

The restaurant is rich and varied, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it is worth recommending.
