"The rooms are neat and good. Good, clean toilets. Clean. Staff good. Alleppey beach is 5 minutes by walking. They provide complimentary breakfast. This beach home stay has 8 double ac rooms and a comfortable dining area. There's no restaurant, but one can order food of choice from alleppey restaurants through swiggy. Private car parking for about 3 cars available. The approach road of about 300m is a lane but not much traffic. Nearby several home stays. Though rooms are with mosquito netted windows, if you keep rooms and windows open, mosquitos can be a problem. Yet, we found this stay comfortable and good."

Even his staff were very humble and helpful. We even went on his houseboat which was neat and clean and very well maintained like his homestays and the country Boat ride within the small canals where we could see the daily life of the locals. Food was amazing giving us an experience of Kerala cuisine. Mr. Jose is very helpful for any enquiries or query it will be answered within minutes & also will make sure to make any last minute adjustments whatever is possible 😊 Thank you so much Mr. Jose for making our Alleppey trip memorable. "We arrived in Allepey and managed to find this lovely place. Umesh showed us around and we instantly loved it. It was perfectly cleaned. Nice and clean rooms, beddings. The owner came around within 10 minutes. They are just perfect host. If we had to pay double, we would have happily agreed and stayed there. Beautiful Seaview. Umesh (caretaker) is just amazing, and the owner as well. They told us about local elephant rides, which we went to. We stayed 2 instead of 1 night, as we loved the place. There are few places not far, and they charge double the amount and it's not very clean. So if you are in Allepey and looking for a place, that is clean, quiet, Ocean view and price that is just perfect, this place if absolutely recommended."
