AAnonymous UserWe stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights and had a great overall experience. The room was clean and spacious with complete facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient; it's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It's also very lively at night. The butler's service was excellent; they responded quickly to any issues we had. This place offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

33nzoLBooked their wonderful duplex and had a amazing time staying there. Best part of the stay is that the area was quiet and away from touristy places. But that doesn't mean that you will be needing to travel further for main attractions and places to visit. You have a metro station right outside the apartment and it makes going and coming bsck so much easier even if its late at night (before their metro closing hour). Staffs was friendly and helpful. They replied to my messages promptly as well! Overall, really satisfied with everything. You get to see the Canton Tower everyday if you stayed at the right units!

__M1360278****I stayed at Zhonghui International Apartment from mid-November and checked out in mid-January for a trip. I'll be returning to Zhonghui in about 10 days, and the friendly staff at the front desk even helped us store our luggage so we could travel light – we really appreciate that! The apartment offers great service and is very clean. The rooms have a kitchen for simple cooking. The location is incredibly convenient; for our trip, we took the high-speed train, and the East Railway Station is just across the road. Shopping, dining, and public transport (metro and buses) are all easily accessible. There's also the Oriental Baotai mall nearby with a supermarket and many restaurants. My family will definitely choose Zhonghui International again when they return to China.

MM858012****I came to Guangzhou to visit my girlfriend during my break and booked this place after seeing its good reviews nearby. I didn't expect the environment to be really great; the room was spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. The front desk lady and the housekeeping auntie also had really good service attitudes! I accidentally entered the wrong room number when ordering takeout, and the front desk lady even went and brought it to my room for me – the service is beyond words! [Strong][Strong] The facilities are also very new and high-end, yet they still provide that cozy, home-like feeling.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from Exit B1 of Haizhu Square Metro Station, an 8-minute walk to the Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and 10 minutes to the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine (Daxin Road Main Campus). It's also conveniently close to popular landmarks such as Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, Haizhu Square, Gongyuanqian, Grandbuy Department Store, Tianhe City Department Store, Wanling Plaza, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Tianzi Wharf, Guangzhou Dafo Temple, Yuexiu Park, the Immigration Department, and the Pearl River waterfront. The surrounding area offers incredibly convenient transportation, making it an ideal choice for business travelers, tourists, and shoppers. It's very suitable for families with children, featuring a washing machine and space to hang clothes. The rooms are air-conditioned, and you can also open the windows. There's a billiards room and gym on the top floor, and the nighttime views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning.

2200882****The room has a great layout, is well-lit, and offers fantastic river views from a high floor. All the appliances are top-notch brands. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It's just one subway stop from University City, and the subway station, McDonald's, and Starbucks are all right downstairs.

XXiaobingbing855I was a bit hesitant when booking, as I saw a negative review mentioning an unclean bathroom floor. However, since it was right next to the company I was visiting for business, I still decided to book this hotel. Worried about not finding the entrance, I contacted the front desk in advance. They were very patient and even sent me the location. Upon arrival, I found it easy to locate; the front desk is on the 5th floor. Check-in was quick, and I casually inquired about the negative review. The front desk explained that the bathrooms had been renovated before the summer, and all previous issues had been addressed. I arrived quite early, and when I checked in, the cleaning lady had just finished mopping, so the floor was still a bit damp. The bed linen and duvet covers are changed for each guest and were very clean. The room itself was also comfortable and tidy, not nearly as bad as described in the negative review.

Every time I stay here, he remembers I like extra water bottles and even puts them in my room beforehand. 100% thoughtful service! BTW, for business trips, Ascott is definitely my top choice. The rooms are spacious enough, and the smart TV makes screen mirroring super convenient!

RRangaswamy SBest location for airport transit. The airport drop offered by the hotel is commendable. The front desk receptionist girl was very helpful in the early morning hours in arranging an alternate vehicle for us and in loading our baggage. Yet, the hotel management needs to take care of overall cleanliness and make over of the rooms and especially the front lounge.
