Facilities: The room came equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, and a mini-fridge, which were all incredibly convenient and practical. The hotel lobby on the first floor also has a self-service coffee bar and a self-service laundry room, both free of charge. Cleanliness: Most importantly, it was very clean and hygienic, making for a comfortable stay. Environment: The hotel's own environment is excellent, the only downside being that it's a bit far from the subway station. Service: Responded to guest needs very promptly and thoroughly.

Arrived on Qixi night and was pleasantly surprised to find two swans made from towels upon entering – it had a Southeast Asian vibe but was a really thoughtful touch, haha, adorable! The gym is also huge and even has a sauna with both dry and wet steam, which was fantastic, highly recommended. They also offer free coffee in the morning. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 😀

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

Seriously, this is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in all of Guangzhou. It's really excellent! The rooms are luxuriously decorated and comfortable, the hygiene is top-notch, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

The overall decor is simple yet luxurious, elegant and grand without being over-the-top. The soothing scent in the lobby and at the front desk immediately made me feel relaxed upon entering. The bedding in the guest room was soft and comfortable against the skin. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff member, housekeeper Season, was polite and professional, responding promptly to any requests. Overall, the stay experience was quite good.

Choosing this hotel on the island with my friend was absolutely the right decision! The hotel grounds are incredibly spacious, so it never felt crowded or noisy; the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. Our room was exceptionally large with a great layout, plenty of space for our luggage and belongings without feeling cramped. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and meticulously maintained. The outdoor pool was a particular highlight – a perfect, healing treat after a day of exploring. The island itself is remarkably quiet, a peaceful escape from city bustle, and stepping out onto the balcony offered stunning natural views, with lush trees and the ocean stretching out before us. Overall, the experience was fantastic. It’s ideal for unwinding and relaxing, or for leisurely strolls with friends. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

We booked this hotel specifically for the 40th-floor kids' club, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. We came to Guangzhou with our child, and after seeing many reviews praising the Westin's indoor kids' club on the 40th floor, we decided to stay here. Unfortunately, the kids' club was quite disappointing – there was a strong, pungent smell inside. I'm not sure if it's been recently renovated, but even as an adult, I felt a bit dizzy after a few minutes, let alone letting my child play in there. On top of that, it only opens at 12 PM daily, and there wasn't a single staff member in sight, which honestly made me a bit uneasy. However, putting the kids' club aside, the rest of the hotel was excellent. Our stay on the executive floor was very satisfying, with attentive service. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping and dining. While the heated pool isn't huge, the water temperature was comfortable and perfectly adequate for children to splash around in. Overall, if you're booking this hotel solely for the kids' club, like we did, you might want to reconsider. I hope the hotel addresses the indoor air quality issue, as health and safety are paramount when traveling with children. However, if you're here for a business trip or prioritize the executive benefits, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

The value for money is incredible, and I've already silently added it to my top hotel choices in Guangzhou. The most impressive aspect of the hotel is its overall scenery and atmosphere. The entire building boasts an exquisite European castle style – grand, magnificent, and incredibly photogenic. The lobby exudes light luxury and elegance, with crystal chandeliers and a high-end feel throughout, perfect for snapping some great photos. Our room was brightly lit, with lush greenery outside the window and expansive views. It offered a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and serene, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. Dining was another delightful surprise during our stay. The breakfast buffet offered an incredibly rich variety, perfectly blending Chinese and Western cuisine. We had everything from stir-fried noodles to baked goods, egg tarts, salads, and juices – a complete mix of meat and vegetables, and dry and wet dishes. The food was fresh and authentic, and the staff were quick to replenish items, ensuring a full spread at all times, catering to the diverse tastes of seniors, children, and young adults. Besides the lavish breakfast, the hotel's afternoon tea was also a pleasant surprise, featuring a wide array of exquisite and tempting treats. Western-style mini cakes and nut biscuits were all available, along with fresh seasonal fruits, ice cream, and refreshing sodas, offering a perfect balance of sweet and savory, hot and cold. Enjoying afternoon tea by the window, gazing at the beautiful scenery, was incredibly leisurely and therapeutic, truly relaxing. The recreational facilities were also superb for leisure time. The hotel features a well-equipped gym with a full range of professional fitness equipment, including cardio and strength machines. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, allowing us to keep up our workout routine even while traveling. It also boasts a stunning outdoor swimming pool with crystal-clear, regularly maintained water, surrounded by greenery, creating a comfortable environment. It's perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer or for taking picturesque photos. Jasmine, at the front desk, checked us in very quickly, and the other hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, greeting us proactively and responding promptly. Their attention to detail was particularly thoughtful. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, the dining was excellent, the facilities were complete, and the scenery was magnificent. The staff also mentioned that the restaurant on the first floor is currently being renovated and upgraded, and we're really looking forward to its reopening. This hotel is ideal for family trips, vacations with friends, or business travel. I sincerely recommend it to everyone and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Panyu, Guangzhou!

This is a classic hotel in the heart of Guangzhou, and its location is really good. The exterior also looks quite grand. The rooms are spacious, and the views from them are very nice. You can also go up to the 63rd floor for an even better view. Breakfast was decent, but it was a shame that during my three-day stay, the noodle station only had a chef on the last morning. I found the front desk service quite subpar. I waited in line for ages, and several male receptionists kept ignoring me or shunting me to a different queue. They were busy chatting casually with the guests in front of them and didn't bother calling the next person. They spent half an hour on pointless conversation, and it felt like it would never end. I was so annoyed waiting that they finally called out a female receptionist from the back to help me with my room card. Also, in the lobby, we were dragging our luggage around, and no staff member came over to offer assistance. Overall, I felt there was hardly any service. There's no self-service laundry room, which I think is a significant drawback. Since there are no room service robots, I had to go up and down to collect my food orders every time, which was a real hassle. The room hygiene was good, but I find it incredibly stingy for a five-star hotel to charge for a tiny bit of coke and other items in the minibar. Many hotels now offer complimentary minibars. To sum it up: excellent location, outdated facilities, and a poor service experience.

This hotel is our top choice for a family trip to Chimelong! It's right in the heart of the resort, with shuttle buses going directly to all the parks and exclusive access, saving us time and hassle. The hotel has a jungle safari theme, which creates an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, and they have excellent facilities for families. The White Tiger Buffet Restaurant is a real highlight – you can dine while watching white tigers, and the food selection is extensive. The service is meticulous and thoughtful; they even mailed back forgotten items for free and included a gift, which was a very nice touch. Our stay was fantastic. It was so convenient to return to the hotel to rest after a tiring day of fun. We'll definitely stay here again!
