"Located in the heart of Selfoss, it offers easy access to both the coast and the inland area.
The facilities are relatively new. The rooms are not particularly large.
There's parking, but it's limited, so you'll have to park on the street if you run out.
Breakfast is similar to other hotels, but the selection isn't extensive. The coffee is good.
There's a spa, but it costs 3,000 kroner per person. It has two small circular heated pools, one cold pool, a sauna, and showers."

"It was nice because it was a private house, and it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly. It was better than a hotel^^ The bathroom was spacious and clean, and there was a small kitchen, so I was able to prepare simple meals."

"Turning in on the main road, convenient parking, beautiful surrounding scenery, there are many rooms in the homestay, many shared bathrooms and toilets ㄧ enough! The breakfast is great, a variety of food, fruit, coffee is also delicious! The boss is kind and generous! There is a spectacular river waterfall nearby and I chatted with the boss when I left in the morning, although my English is not good! 😊 Value recommended accommodation"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sea Side Cottages in heavenly calm Eyrarbakki. The cottage and especially the kitchen was extremely well equipped. This was quite important as the town is very small and you need a car to get anything. Internet service was stable at all times."
