"Absolutely negative experience. They demanded that the room be paid for the evening before check out. My two children stayed overnight for three nights. My daughter left a day early for work. So on the last night my son stayed overnight alone. It was a gift from their grandmother for Christmas, which she would pay for at check out as is appropriate. The manager called my son to the room at 11.30pm demanding that he come down to pay...If he hadn't done so they would have taken action...Shameful!!! I hope anyone who intends to stay in this hotel thinks not twice but ten times!!! Oh, by the way!!! Terrible breakfast...hard croissants, poor quality products...don't pay for breakfast because there is a good bar 100 meters away."

"My then girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days and I proposed here. It couldn’t not of been a more relaxing, amazing and beautiful stay. The staff was incredible and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect but also leaving us to our time alone. It was so quiet and relaxing, the grounds surrounding were great as was the pool area. Could not of asked for a better escape and place to propose to my now wife. The building is so charming and the staff was exceptional. I appreciated the entire experience."
