"Very friendly! All tip top! Match something uncomfortable, something hot in the room. But that is then chew on a high level. Parking right in front of the house, blue zone also a few meters further. And 24h parking house also about 50m away who would like it. Very good breakfast"

"Superb rustic hotel, direct view of the lake, with a panoramic terrace and a small interior terrace, the room was spacious and very clean. Nothing to say about the absolutely charming and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants nearby, no need to use your car (hotel parking) and use of Ticino transport. Two small downsides are the swimming pool which is still a 10-minute walk away under the blazing sun! And it would be good to mention that from a certain time there is no more room service! We highly recommend it!"

"We stayed for three nights with a 50% discounted half board voucher, although I did book an upgraded room with balcony - room 202 - which had a partial lake view overlooking the beautiful gardens. There was a small sitting area inside as well, and the room was really spacious enough for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and when we came back to our room it had already been made up. It’s also a hotel that still has a turndown service whilst we were at dinner. All lovely details. To put it succinctly, we loved the hotel! Its location at the end of the pedestrian zone was ideal, the cleanliness and comfort were 5-star and the personnel, from reception to wait staff and housekeeping were all wonderful! In other words, I have nothing but superlatives to describe this lovely hotel. We very much enjoyed our dinners in the lakeside restaurant - the only negative comment I would make is that the portions of the main course were simply too big. Our lovely waiter suggested he bring us half portions for our last night, which was just perfect. Some of the rooms apparently have beautiful painted ceilings, and although ours didn’t, we did very much enjoy the sitting rooms and other public places. We’ve just had a terrible year of family grief so this little trip away (we live in the French part of Switzerland) was balm for our souls. I’d love to come back!"

"While the property is clean and well maintained, the room we were in was absolutely not at the standard of a 4-star hotel: cheap and ugly furnitures and decoration, really cheap soap, handheld shower, no slippers nor bathrobe, and above all a small and pretty uncomfortable bed. The lady at the reception was not particularly friendly neither. They probably got the 4 stars thanks to the small pool / sauna / fitness, but the hotel itself is rather a 3-star."

"Perfect service every minute. This hotel has the best staff I have ever experienced. From arrival to the restaurants to departure, we were treated with absolute attentiveness and exceptional friendliness. Every request was fulfilled immediately. We ate at both restaurants, and both are excellent in their own way. I highly recommend the boat trip on the hotel's own speedboat. It may seem expensive at first glance, but the skipper (Claude) makes it worth every penny. A perfect stay, with absolutely nothing to improve."
