"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

"It was an overall good stay. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable , didn’t get a lot of service beds weren’t fully made no towels in the rooms upon check in the rooms. But other than that it wasn’t bad. The location was great lots of places around Ross TJ maxx across re street Waffle House and McDonald’s in the same parking lot,"

"I have been a Hilton Diamond member for 15 years and this was in the top 3 of the worst hotels I have stayed in. 105 Room was filthy. Carpet stained and smelled. Furniture dirty and worn. The upkeep has been ignored. Very tired hotel that desperately needs renovation. The Hampton Inn across the road was very nice"
