"We stayed here for our last four nights in Avilés, and if I'd known how good it was, I would have chosen it for the start. It was almost the same price as our first, less good hotel too. Huge beautiful bedroom and bathroom, cute view and small jacuzzi in the standard room. The location was perfect. Close to all the bars, city center and station. Nice bar to have drinks in. The staff was okay, totally okay, but not that interested, except for the guy handling breakfast; he felt really professional and made me feel very welcomed. Too bad there was too much noise to actually have breakfast though, rest of the staff were slammering dishes like there was no tomorrow. Maybe it was just a bad day though. We will come back every time, we were very satisfied."

"Perfectly good hotel located a short distance from the old quarter. Doesn’t really feel like a tourist hotel due to its location in the less attractive part of town - more the sort of place you’d expect to go on a business trip. Clean, comfortable and modern, but would probably want to stay in the old town next time. Aviles is a pretty ugly city on the whole and the location of this hotel is not the best."
