Amazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel

The room is of a suitable size, and the facilities are generally like those of a domestic 3-star hotel. The service is generally poor, which is probably because the habits here are relatively rough. The taste of breakfast is not suitable for our taste. The biggest problem of this hotel is that it faces the street on three sides, with heavy traffic and severe noise at night.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the city. If you book a suite, you can also enjoy the lounge bar. On the day of check-in, I was informed that breakfast is included in the room. The hotel has a rich breakfast.

The breakfast is rich, the room is comfortable and clean, and travel is convenient. The hotel swimming pool and fitness equipment are all good.

Very good, good in all aspects

At that time, the road was being built, and the hotel and Ctrip did not inform in advance, so it was very inconvenient to arrive at the hotel. There is also a lot of noise downstairs. But the hotel bed and pillows are comfortable and the service is good. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good.

We stayed at IC Baku last week of December for couple of nights. The IC Baku is very centrally located with ease of walking to any direction whether to boulevard area and Nizami street . The reason I am putting this review is the hospitality provided by the Staff , that was excellent. From the front reception staff to house keeping , I was very much impressed with the approach and right attitude of the staff. I would like to put couple of names Ms Afag and Ms Nagar (apologise if i spelled incorrectly ) as they went overboard to ensure our requirements were covered in a way we wanted. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff as well. It was an excellent choice I made for my stay in Baku during Azerbaijan

I thought this hotel was just ok. Accommodation is now a bit tired. Rooms on the small side, in need of some renovation and nothing extra for IHG premium customers. Customers used to visit other Intercontinentals around the word will be disappointed. On the positive side service was very good and the location is superb.

Very friendly staff, especially Chef Elshan at the Khamsa Restaurant was very cooperative, as we were vegetarians. Overall a great experience. The hotel is located near Nizami street which is a lively street. The reception staff also cooperated and gave us an early check-in.

Wow!! We traveled from Ireland 🇮🇪 and stayed for a week. The highlight of our trip was our morning breakfast every day in the Khamsa restaurant!! We were so well looked after by Rauf, Aysel, Fatima, Asim, Yusif and Elshan. Staff at the front desk could not have been kinder or more professional. Afag and Lana and all the men at the desk were exceptionally good. We would have stayed longer if we could. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Room beautifully presented every day. Pool area staff were also excellent. Food was so delicious. Service in the hotel is exceptionally good. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel -- this is what you expect from Intercontinental hotels brand! Nice rooms with elegant design, powerful bath with Byredo amenities, perfect location - very close to everything, excellent food in the restaurant. The only area to be improved - The Lounge. Limited snacks and a very basic breakfast. The rest are all fine.

So I had an amazing time at the Intercontinental Hotel Baku. The hotel is situated in a strategic location which is close to literally everything by walk. Staff are very professional and always willing to help. During my stay I have interacted with (Amin, Sahar, Lakota, Raouf and Tamella) who are always there to help and ready to take an extra mile. So a big thanks to them. Some cons: - Breakfast is average and not up to IHG standards - The swimming pool and gym is quite small which is embarrassing for such a new hotel - The General Manager and Front Desk Manager are NOT attentive nor do they follow up on complaints on personally, which in my opinion is a bit impolite! In a nut shell the location and the service offered by the team is top notch!

It's a good hotel in baku.Kids friendly,pool,very tasty breakfast, recommended for everyone who are visiting baku with families enjoy the views from window it's amazing our kids like this hotel very much they wants to go again in baku staffs are super friendly help us a lot.Thank you for the team inter continental.
