The location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home. It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

First, the pros: 1️⃣ The pool was better than I expected; the water quality was decent, and I didn't need sunscreen in the shade in the afternoon! 2️⃣ The service was excellent, not overly enthusiastic, just right. 3️⃣ The bathtub deserves full marks! The room provided disposable bathtub covers, so hygiene wasn't a concern! Now, the cons: 1️⃣ The sofa and tabletops had many old stains. 2️⃣ The gym was old and dilapidated; the yoga mats were crumbling badly, and the stationary bikes were difficult to ride. 3️⃣ There wasn't much to do nearby; it was only suitable for relaxing.

The room was great, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the shower offered good privacy. The tea was surprisingly delicious. Right downstairs is the City God Temple pedestrian street, so it was a little noisy, but not a big issue. The breakfast looked diverse, but honestly, none of it tasted very good. They should consider reducing the variety and focusing on quality instead.

Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! It’s simply delightful! I come back every other year for a few days; I arrive feeling weary and leave feeling completely refreshed. The villas at Manxiugu are diverse in style and shape – from two-story Gothic-inspired spires to charming Baroque wooden cabins. Each room has a pleasant woody fragrance that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. On hot days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear infinity pool. And the chef's culinary skills are truly exceptional – the food is delicious, not greasy, and incredibly appetizing, all at a reasonable price, so there's no need to dine out. The service philosophy is guest-first, with every request met and every detail handled until you're completely satisfied. I especially want to thank Miss Xiaoyu, who thoughtfully carried our bags and helped us, who aren't so young anymore, settle in comfortably. My detailed rambling is simply because my stay was so comfortable and satisfying, so I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

Although it has been open for many years, the facilities are still well-maintained, with no sense of being old or run down. From the initial booking communication, Sylva demonstrated an attentiveness and enthusiasm that went above and beyond my expectations. She proactively added my contact information, letting me know I could reach out at any time during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in checking ferry tickets for Dongqian Lake and genuinely recommended reliable photography services. Thinking of the guest experience, she thoughtfully sent up bath salts and a welcome fruit plate. Even after her shift, she offered to give me a tour of the hotel's ancient village grounds, meticulously explaining the hotel's Jiangnan architecture at night. All of her care came from the heart, without any stiff or formulaic pleasantries. While the 'Misty Jiangnan' ambiance of the Park Hyatt is undoubtedly elegant and captivating, it was this warm, thoughtful, and proactive service that truly became the most precious highlight of my trip.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
