"My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey.
The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition.
Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries.
At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay.
Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference.
Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

Parking in the hotel's underground garage is free at night, which is a big plus! 👍 There's complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby 👍 The breakfast offers a wide variety and high quality options. Anonymous UserCheck-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule.
The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after.
The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, very close to Deak Ferenc ter, a major metro hub with multiple lines, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel features unique duplex designs with two double beds and a balcony, perfect for leisure travelers and families. Having a washing machine and kitchen allows for cooking simple breakfasts in the room. The only downside is for those arriving on morning flights: the reception opens after 10 AM, and check-in isn't until after 4 PM, requiring you to find a locker for luggage beforehand. I found a nearby breakfast spot called Lion’s Locker which also offers luggage storage; enjoying breakfast there even got me a discount on the locker. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

MilajakoWe stayed for 3 nights. We asked for an early check-in, and they did their best to help us. The apartment is clean, modern, nice. We were impressed by the choice of pillows! We had a good sleep. The view from the balcony was astonishing! The location is great, 15-40 minutes on foot to main places of interest, the tram stop, bus stops, the Spar supermarkets are nearby. But at night it might sometimes be noisy because of the neighbours. We didn’t want to leave - our staying was perfect!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Parliament building and by the river, offering a beautiful night view. Fisherman's Bastion is also very close by. The room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. The price was reasonable, and many Chinese guests stay here. The Black cleaning staff member was a bit disappointing; they were very slow.

The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.

Danilo PochiniIt is well located in center and the room was spacious. There is a fridge and nice TV system. Rooftop pool is nice but pretty small. But thats all in terms of positives. Housekeeping came only once in 4 days. The shower didnt have a door so each time the bathroom was soaking wet after showering, this made it especially annoying that housekeeping didnt come. There is also no closet for clothes. Double bed has two single bedsheets instead of double sheet. There is no reception, you can only communicate through whatsapp. Would not recommend this overall. Mainly the housekeeping issue was unacceptable.
