Need improving in Facility Support;
1. Bathroom side, the host was broken, so I complained and changed the room.
2. Bathroom side, there was no soap & shampoo liquid in the bottle.
Low response of serviceman/front office officer to accept customer complains, and it was key aspect of hospitality.
