Overall really good stay, stayed for 4 nights two of which booked through trip.com. Really nice location, plenty of good food around, cheap or luxury. Just a few minutes walk away from the entrance of kaosan road. Very clean also!

Great location, street market and lots of restaurants downstairs. 10 mins walking to the pier and you are able to visit most of tourist attractions, to CBD and Chinatown catching ferry for 16BHT. But the hotel is overrun, old facilities, small room & not very clean.

For the price it was good. Good location and clean. No elevator though which was a bit tough sometimes when you're on the top floor

Overall is good, the room is clean and have everything, just the safety locker not functioning, and room space a little bit small. There is no lift for human access so need to climb up to 5th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage, at least you no need carry heavy to climb the staircase. Recommended for foreigners because the staffs know English.

Very comfortable budget hotel in perfect location with 24 Hours reception. The room is super clean and have everything you might need during your vacation in Bangkok. I can highly recommend it 👌

It's a nice little stay. It's in the middle of everywhere (tourist spot), and yet quiet enough. The rooms are held rather small, but do you really need much space? The shower had good pressure. You can't do anything wrong with booking this stay.

Great location 5 mins from khao san road down a lively but relaxed street. Room was good for the price.

The pictures you probably seen on maps or trip.com don’t do justice to this hotel. It’s an old hotel with old furniture but my room was so clean. I booked a double bed for 3 nights. AC was functioning well and there was a ceiling fan too. Towels were clean and smelt fresh. 2-3 stars hotel usually have bleach smell but in here it smelt good. I extended my stay for half day where I had to pay only 200 baht. Location wise, it was really near to khao san and also phra atit pier, although I prefer to take grab ride. In short, the hotel is value for the money i paid and I will definitely book the hotel again.

Good for tourist

The room has the most necessary things - good air conditioning, kettle, shower with hot water, comfortable clean bed. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, use the toilet and common hall for free. There were problems with the toilet flushing, related to the design. It would be possible to warn and teach upon arrival, without wasting the clients' time. instruct on the rules of use in advance upon arrival, and not waste the clients' time

When I checked in, I was clearly booked for a twin bed, but I was assigned a double bed in the room right next door. 1. The air conditioner didn't work well. 2. I couldn't open the door after going out, and the key didn't work. 3. It was so hot that I had to go up and down three times in one day. I've been staying here for over 10 years, but now I have to let it go.

The location is good, close to BigC. In the lobby there is a vending machine with good coffee. The room is clean, cleaning is done every day, at a good level
