The hotel is conveniently located about 150 meters from Pengpu Xincun Metro Station. The surrounding area is great, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, including a Starbucks and KFC right downstairs. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are modern, and the bedding is very comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel! There's even a nail salon conveniently located in the lobby. My family and I stayed for a full week, and we were impressed with how promptly the rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was excellent, and parking was super easy. Overall, fantastic value for money! 👍

My only suggestion would be to improve the efficiency of the robot delivery service for food and other items. On several occasions, my takeout waited downstairs for 20-30 minutes before being delivered to my room, which eventually led me to just head downstairs and pick it up myself to avoid the long wait.

I booked this place casually because there was a competition nearby, just planning to make do for one night. However, it turned out to be surprisingly good! However, it's a bit out of the way as it's not in the core area of Jing'an, so taxi fares for getting around can be quite expensive, although there's a subway station nearby. It's a serviced apartment, offering excellent value for money and suitable for longer stays. The rooms are nice and quite new, and there's a laundry room, which is very convenient. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby; downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and a Starbucks. There's also a noodle shop called Red Chili Noodle House with incredibly delicious noodles – apparently, it's been open for 25 years! The hotel can get quite noisy due to the high number of guests. I even encountered a New Oriental study tour group with many children. Additionally, elderly guests lounging in the lobby with their shoes off was a bit off-putting. However, for budget-conscious travelers who are out all day and only return to sleep, I'd recommend it.

Ambiance: Decent, and excellent value for the price. Service: Also very good. Just a heads-up for those booking: the room was windowless. The hotel did mention this, but I personally overlooked that detail. As I arrived quite late, changing rooms wasn't an option. However, I turned on the AC, and even after being out for a while and coming back, the room wasn't stuffy at all. It's very convenient to find food nearby, and the free parking is a huge bonus. The underground parking lot even has EV charging stations, which is excellent.

It perfectly met our needs for three adults and one child, featuring a spacious 2-meter king-size bed where parents and child could comfortably sleep together. The suite itself was exceptionally large and had two bedrooms. The location was also very convenient, with a KFC, snack shops, and convenience stores nearby, and it was very close to the subway station entrance, making it super easy to get around. We were very satisfied.
