GGuest UserThe house is spacious and clean. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is very convenient. The layout is very attractive to children. It's very convenient to go out for dinner, making it a great place for a family weekend getaway.

GGuest UserThis was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe location is better, next to the half tiger line, it is very convenient to Bailitian Road and Yunzhong Grassland. Especially you can drive a few minutes towards the Yunzhong Grassland, you can find a mountain bag that is convenient to climb, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
The room is relatively clean and you can see the mountain view. Now the outdoor temperature difference is large, but the room has sufficient heating and hot water.
Parking is also convenient for eating, and the service attitude is good!
The picture is the room photo when you check in, and the hotel that is far from the hill bag opposite, mountain view, sunset photo ...

Tturquoise2462Very disappointed. I was attracted by the hotel's brand. I didn't look at other hotels when I saw that there was one in Saihanba. I booked it even though it was a bit more expensive. I was very disappointed. This is the first time I give a non-five-star review. I am really dissatisfied with the hotel facilities. The waiters are very good. There is no problem with pulling luggage from the parking lot, the Hada welcoming guests in the lobby, the attitude of checking in and the souvenirs. But the facilities are very unsatisfactory. The children who stayed in the room for nearly 1,300 yuan paid attention to the room. In addition to cartoons on the wall, there were a few dolls on the bed, and one of them had a thread open and exposed cotton. There was nothing else related to children: the most basic ones were no children's toiletries, no children's bath towels and bathrobes, and there were no children's water cups in the photos. There were only two sets of toiletries for adults. Is it that the default check-in for children's theme rooms is two people? The tap water is yellow. The photos can't show it, but you can see that there is sand. Because there were many people on holidays, breakfast was free of charge for supplies, and the noodle stall waited for a long time for the bowls. After cleaning the tableware on the previous table, the table was wiped with a cloth to wipe the residue, and it was not changed to wipe it again.

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

GGuest User到店的時候比較晚了，工作人員給升級了家庭房，非常感謝！工作人員也很熱情，前台的經理（男），文質彬彬，快速解決客户的實際問題與需求；工作人員牛先生也是，有很強的服務意識，給人以賓至如歸之感覺…後面還有動物園，小朋友一定喜歡，唯一拖後腿的就是餐飲，早餐一般般，第二天早餐，可能因為人少，感覺都快不提供了…要啥沒啥！我們簡單的吃一口，返京！而且想着出去吃麻煩，吃了一回晚餐，真的太難吃了！希望改進…其他都挺好，性價比很高！👍🌹🌹

AAnonymous UserAlthough the conditions on the dam are average, the western manor is a good choice in Zalayaying Village. The grassland plank road is separated by a small road, clean and tidy. Although the room is small, it is relatively hygienic. Breakfast is millet porridge, oil cakes, small flower rolls and several cold dishes and eggs. The facilities are a bit rudimentary, especially the bathroom is too cramped, but it is still a good place to relax and overlook the grassland scenery. There are many restaurants and homestays in the village to choose from.

GGuest UserLocation: The location of the hotel is very good👍Surrounded by mountains, the Fairy Valley really lives up to its name. It is less than half an hour's drive from all the major attractions in Bashang.
Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean.
Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.

GGuest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
