This was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

It is very convenient to ride back and forth for accommodation. The manor is very large and has complete partitions. The summer wind makes the leaves rustle, accompanied by the singing of birds, which is unique. The cabin I live in is clean and compact, with all toiletries provided. When I woke up in the morning, I sat at the door of the cabin facing the morning sun and meditated. In the evening, there was a fiery red sunset. At night, I could clearly see the Ursa Major and Virgo. The staff told me that if the weather is good, I can see the Milky Way. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance! The service is attentive, especially the restaurant's mixed wild vegetables taste great, very refreshing, and a must-order dish!

這次帶孩子來壩上玩，選了木蘭文化園的私湯房，整體體驗遠超預期，真心推薦給親子家庭。 最驚喜的是前台的服務，周到又貼心。辦理入住前就主動幫我們提前放好了私湯温泉水，進房間的時候水温剛好，孩子一進門就能泡，旅途的疲憊一下就散了。住宿期間遇到了一點小波折，前台工作人員全程積極協調，態度特別誠懇，很快就妥善解決了，完全沒有推諉扯皮，這一點真的太加分了。 園區的親子設施也很豐富，完全不用愁孩子沒的玩。萌寵樂園裡有兔子、小馬、梅花鹿好多小動物，性格都很温順，買了食材餵動物，小朋友玩得不肯走，近距離接觸小動物的體驗特別好。旁邊還有小童樂園，滑梯、小遊樂設施都有，低齡寶寶也能玩得開心。整個園區面積很大，環境開闊，空氣特別好，散步閑逛都很舒服。 我們住的私湯房空間充足，裝修乾淨整潔，設施也都很齊全。逛園區的時候看到院子里正在修新的公共温泉池，雖然這次沒趕上，但看得出來酒店一直在升級完善，下次來應該就能體驗到了。 酒店本身的火車主題也很有特色，復古的綠皮火車車廂很有氛圍感，拍照也出片。位置就在御道口附近，去周邊草原景點都很方便。總的來説，不管是服務、環境還是親子配套都很在線，是壩上親子出行的絕佳選擇，下次來還會住這裏。

Our family stayed at this hotel in Saihanba and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to our concierge, Qiqi, who was incredibly kind and helped us plan our sightseeing routes, taking care of all the little details. Her service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful grassland views right outside the window. The hotel's environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both family trips and group travel. Definitely worth coming back to!

Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean. Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

The hotel lobby is very hygienic, the facilities in the room are quite complete, the sanitation is also very clean, the breakfast here is also very cost-effective, the front desk lady smiles service, next time if I come here again, I will choose to stay here to give me a very good experience.

The newly renovated house tastes great. The facilities are not very complete. The apartment is in another park and needs a password to enter the community. The three-story apartment has a kitchen, no air conditioning (the most tasteless), one word: cold. Cold can't take a shower. The corridor is very long, the unit door is often open, remote, walking alone at night, very scary, the yard on the first floor is long grass, no one cares. It feels like a real estate company is operating. Just a demand, high-power charging pile. There is an amusement park nearby, did not go. (This hotel has no special needs, not recommended)
