I brought my parents to Chengde for a weekend and chose Rehefu Hotel. The front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a family suite for free, which was wonderful service. They were attentive, promptly resolved any issues, and even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde! **Environment:** It's located in the city center, not too far from the Mountain Resort. A taxi ride takes less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. **Cleanliness:** Clean, and housekeeping was prompt. **Facilities:** The hotel's second-floor restaurant is also excellent. The breakfast buffet was good, and ordering lunch was great too; the portions were generous and the food tasted delicious.

This is my second time visiting Wulingshan, and I chose Lanye Hotel again~ I've been eating breakfast at Shangu (Valley) restaurant, and I'm very satisfied, having eaten there for two consecutive days. I especially love the wild vegetable buns. The hotel was also incredibly thoughtful; knowing I was pregnant, they prepared an air purifier and a pregnancy pillow for me~ They also arranged for a high-floor room, so it wasn't noisy at all. They really put their heart into it!

The rooms at Atour are consistently clean and comfortable, providing a sense of peace. The front desk staff and the service personnel on the 10th floor were very enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Summer Palace, which allowed us to visit early and avoid tour groups, making for a great experience. We also didn't have to queue for the mountain shuttle before 8 AM. Furthermore, everything you could need is right downstairs, including various restaurants, bubble tea and coffee shops, malls, and supermarkets. I would definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and it's convenient for shopping nearby. However, this hotel shares a lobby with the neighboring Meihou Lizhi Hotel, but their prices are different! I don't quite understand why.

The hotel is a convenient 8-10 minute walk to the Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. Downstairs, you'll find the Erxianju Night Market, making dining and shopping incredibly easy without needing to drive far. The self-service laundry room on the third floor is very practical, especially for long trips. The 24-hour front desk is also very responsive.

The hotel built on the top of the mountain, the room is large, the air is fresh, very quiet, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the waiter is warm, the buffet breakfast is varied, there is a parking lot in the hotel, the parking lot is large and convenient.

Location: Its main advantage is its proximity to the scenic area's entrance. No need for a shuttle bus; it's just a 100-meter walk. You can head out anytime to catch the sunset in the afternoon or the sunrise in the morning. Facilities: Quite old. As it's the only hotel within the scenic area, maintenance is poor. Hygiene: Relatively clean. However, the bathroom has a strong odor, and there's a lot of limescale on the sink, faucet, shower area, and showerhead. The shower area also has a distinct smell. Service: Practically no service to speak of. Rooms are spread across different sections, and there's no bellboy to help with luggage. Only one female staff member helped us with one suitcase; we had to drag the rest ourselves. Overall, it's just average. There are many guesthouses inside the scenic area with equally good locations. If you're looking for better value for money, a guesthouse might be a more advantageous choice.
