TTraveling the earthWe love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Ctrip in advance for my May Day holiday trip to Hangzhou Bay, and it turned out to be excellent value for money. We checked in that afternoon. A month prior, I had arranged with the hotel to have all our rooms on the same floor, but upon check-in, some family members still ended up on a different floor than us. This might have been due to the high occupancy during the May Day holiday. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything you need. The only minor drawback was that some facilities were a bit broken, possibly because of the sudden high occupancy, but the hotel's engineering team promptly came to inspect and repair them. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel. The breakfast was decent, and I commend the hotel for implementing staggered entry for the large crowds. All in all, I recommend staying here! It's very close to all the major attractions, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely fantastic – kudos to them!

GGuest UserIt’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

Only when they ask your room number at the entrance some would talk to you, for the rest of your breakfast “experience “ you are all by yourself. Breakfast options not friendly for international travelers, very low food (and coffee) quality.

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Dongqian Lake, I used to stay at the Park Hyatt, but this time I tried the Cordis and absolutely fell in love with it! The surrounding area and the hotel's own scenery are stunning. It's a short walk to the lake, and although you need a shuttle to get to and from the main building, it arrives so quickly that it's no inconvenience at all. Our concierge, Winnie, was incredibly quick to respond and resolve any issues, and even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but I will definitely be back to this hotel.

KkacylinThe hotel's location is super convenient, close to all the main attractions. Our room was spotless, the bedding was clean, and all the basic amenities were there. The river view from Sanjiangkou at night was absolutely beautiful. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. What really stood out was the cheerful young woman at the entrance to the breakfast restaurant – her smile was so sweet! And the young man who helped us move our luggage when we switched rooms was very observant and proactive. Check-in and check-out were both efficient. The soundproofing was decent; we weren't significantly disturbed during the night. Overall, the experience met our expectations and offered good value for money. It's suitable for a short business trip or a family vacation. The shower pressure was amazing – so refreshing! We later switched to a connecting room, which was perfect for traveling with elders and children. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

QQingshuixianshengWhile there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo. It is precisely their dedicated efforts that create such memorable Park Hyatt experiences for guests. Park Hyatt Ningbo, we must come again!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.

MM279184****The hostel is located next to the Liangzhu Cultural Park, with convenient buses to the city center and the train station. The area is relatively quiet. There's a Shaxian restaurant downstairs, and it's also very convenient for ordering takeout. It's a great value. The hostel has a laundry drying area, a dining area, and sofa booths, and the common areas are well-equipped. The front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, with a separate and comfortable bathroom. The bed linen was clean and changed every time. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value.
