This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively upgraded my room for free upon arrival. The new room was much more spacious, with better lighting and views. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. The staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient and swift. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station. Although the area nearby is still under construction, it's not noisy. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors, and the room decor is really cute. The laundry room and gym equipment are in the same space, so you can wash and dry your clothes while you work out. The staff are all great and try their best to help with anything you need. I've been to Urumqi twice, and both times I stayed at a Wanda hotel – not the exact same one, but the service has always been top-notch.

To the Hilton Management: Your manager, Mr. 'Zhang Ruichen,' demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiastic service during my stay. He consistently made guest comfort and travel a top priority, and his performance not only reflects his personal capabilities but also serves as an excellent representation of Hilton's brand image. I hope you will give him substantial recognition and set a benchmark for the industry.

Had a fantastic stay at Conrad Urumqi! The location is unbeatable—so convenient for getting around the city. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the bed gave me some of the best sleep I've had in a while. A massive shoutout to all the staff members who were super friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The breakfast spread was lavish with plenty of great options, and the Executive Lounge was delightful as well—though the evening food presentation starts a bit late. Given the local time difference in Xinjiang compared to eastern China, it's totally understandable! I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Urumqi!

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure :)

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and polite, and check-in only took a few minutes – very efficient. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no unpleasant odors; the toiletries were also high quality. The room's lighting and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from outside. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and elegant. It's also conveniently located near a shopping district, making dining and shopping very easy. Throughout my stay, I could feel the staff's dedicated service, with professionalism evident in every detail. It's perfect for both short trips and longer stays. I've already saved this place and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is right next to the park, which makes it super convenient for a morning run. The complimentary swimming pool is part of a third-party gym located at the south end of the park. It's a 40-meter pool. The lanes are a bit narrower than standard, but for a free amenity, I can't complain, and it's definitely better than the typical small pools you find at most hotels. In the mornings, the park has a great jogging atmosphere, with lots of people exercising and even a breakfast market, which is quite interesting. The hotel's breakfast overall is just okay, but the beef noodles are incredibly fragrant! As you can see in the picture, three of us had five bowls – those noodles definitely get a thumbs-up!

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone with a tight schedule in Xinjiang! It's super close to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar, and you can see a landmark building right from your room just by opening the curtains. The hotel has a rich ethnic vibe, with spacious rooms and beautifully decorated hallways and lobby. The breakfast even includes Xinjiang milk tea and yogurt.
