"Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea."

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

"The best vacation experience i have ever had. Every penny spent was well worth it. It was an experience to open up your senses. From the beautiful flowers, the amazing orginal artwork, down to the toilet paper, everything was perfect. What really blew me away was the 5 star breakfast in the mornings. 4 course entrees made with fresh ingredients. Plating was on point. Cant forget about the bangers he was playing on the audio!! Im a chef and I was more than impressed. The rooms were beautiful with a walk in shower. Towels and bedding were so comfortable, I wanted to take them. They supplied us with everything, even beach equipment. We had a French press in our room!! Adrian had an itinerary set for us upon arrival which was so helpful. The inn was at a perfect spot. We could walk everywhere in less than 10 -15 mins, which seemed short because the houses and gardens kept our attention. There is always something to do close by. I highly recommend going here. We will be back. Than you Xenia and Adrian."

"Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you."

"The rooms were filthy… the pictures on their website and other sites are totally misleading… rooms look nothing like the images at all… not even remotely close…claims they were updated a year ago… well if it was the got ripped off.. walled and saw a bug walking across the tv stand… tv didn’t work toilet seats were loose… rooms were filthy… spilled food on the sticky floors… we had 2 rooms and both were just as bad as the other… there’s a comfort inn next door owned by the same guy in much better condition but they won’t move you over there… spend your money elsewhere… asked to have someone come to at least tighten the the toilets seats… as I was explaining to the people in the second room we booked a guy comes down the hallway and I asked if he was the maintenance man he said no and said he was something else and walked right between us into the other persons room without identifying himself and stating what he was there for of which an argument ensued as he felt he had the right to walk in a room that his wife was in and daughter… this is ridiculous… I would never recommend this place or return here again"

"The hotel is clean and looks recently renovated. The location is perfect, with a supermarket and a mall right next door. While the breakfast was good, I was disappointed there was no sausage, only bacon. There were a few minor issues: the shower water could have been hotter, and the HVAC blew cold air for a while before heating up. Also, the pillows were a bit too thick and had a strong chemical smell. The front desk service is a little slow but very courteous. Overall, it's a solid stay—I’d give it a B+."
