"Good location. Close to both CBD and Sandy Bay. The kitchenette is very convenient. There was an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans and knives and forks, but no chopsticks. Free internet. Front desk closes at 9 pm, but you can enter and exit multiple doors at anytime with your room card. Free parking space. Luggage storage is available. Let us check in at 12 noon. For sleeping, there is a powerful air conditioner, but only two thin blankets and the mattress is too soft. A$6 for continental breakfast, but you have to fill out a form to order. A$6 for both washing machine or dryer. Free laundry powder or liquid. Wellington Mountain and a corner view of the ocean from your room!"

"The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is simple, the kitchen facilities are complete, the clerk service is professional and friendly, and some clerks can speak Mandarin. Since in the city center, Chinese and Western restaurants and bus starting stations are nearby, so the transportation is very convenient, close to the large supermarket Woolworths."

"The location is good, not far from the port. If you check in on Saturday, turn right for two minutes and you will find the Salamanca market. There is a kitchen in the room. It is convenient to drive to the supermarket. Not new but okay, the elevator is a bit scary and it shakes when stopped. In addition, the parking lot is not large enough. If each room is driven by car, it is estimated that the parking is not enough, but it is free when parking."

"The most perfect hotel for this trip, from the window of the room is the yacht marina, the dark blue sea water is printed with white canvas, time is still!"

"The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window."

"The location is very good, right next to the Salamanca Market and very close to the port. There is a bar below and it is very convenient to eat at the port pier. The hotel is also very distinctive and has a great sense of design. It is worth recommending."

"The hotel is comfortable, antique, has beautiful architecture, and there is a parking lot. Next to it is a market that only opens every Saturday. It only takes 5 minutes to walk there, which is very convenient."

"Excellent location. Newly and nicely decorated. Only downside is the weird bathroom drain hole, which with water and bubbles coming out when we showered inside the shower cabinet, making the whole floor wet. Other than that, housekeeping entered our room during breakfast time for cleaning even we did not place the sign at doorknob. Overall, a great place to stay and I will come back next time."

"What a super little hostel! Excellent location just minutes from the waterfront. Lovely man in reception - they always give a tour of facilities. Hostel is set in an old Victorian house which is delightful. Large well- equipped kitchen, free food available from previous guests. A lovely garden although it had yappy dogs in it so I wasn’t a fan. Beautiful upstairs verandah with comfortable seating, and sofas in other spaces to no shortage of places to relax. I was in a female four bed dorm which was a bit tight for space but I saw other rooms which seemed more spacious with wider beds. I loved the individual lights and fans for each bed. My bottom bunk had a curtain but I wouldn’t have like being in a top bunk as they didn’t, so you were exposed to the main light going o etc. The only thing that spoiled my stay was the same thing that spoils every stay I’ve had when travelling - thoughtless guests who make noise early in the morning/late at night. The three girls sharing my room got up at various times from 5.30 onwards so needless to say my morning did not start well! Hostel management can’t do much about that though. Immaculately clean bathrooms and a good vibe. I’d definitely stay here again, but in a private room!"

"The room is good, the key is that we have booked a room with three beds, you can rest without having to squeeze a bed with your child. Breakfast is simple, good quality, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the city center and Chinatown, we went to the Sydney Opera House, the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Queen's Building, the Sydney Tower all walked, after a few days of madness, went to Chinatown for lunch, satisfied . Fly to Tasmania and continue your trip to Australia."
